Icy Dental

This was the best experience I have had at a dental office. The staff were very nice, but also extremely capable and efficient. They had a pre-authorization done for insurance in minutes right in front of me for an additional service I needed. They have all of the tech that makes the experience fast and easy. They showed me my x-rays and went over everything they did, which no office has ever bothered to do with me before. And they have tvs playing in the rooms with nature programs on, which I found very relaxing. Definitely would recommend.

I had an excellent experience at Icy Dental. Sumai, the dental hygienist, was incredibly informative and took the time to explain everything about my teeth before the doctor even came in. She made sure I fully understood what was going on. She truly made the visit comfortable and stress-free, The doctor was also amazing , patient, and very thorough, which made me feel completely at ease and confident. The front desk receptionist was just wonderful: welcoming, and extremely helpful from check-in to check-out. Overall, the entire team went above and beyond to create a positive, calm, and caring experience. Highly recommend.

Oh my gosh, what an amazing place. My appointment went very well and smooth. I felt no anxiety whatsoever which was quite surprising. Pricing for patients with no insurance is pretty astounding also. After 50 years of going to the dentist, I will say that this is the best one I’ve ever had as an adult and I cannot wait to go back for my surgery.

I used to be scared to go to the dentist. Prior to going to Icy Dental I hadn't been to the dentist in about 5 years. But this place was so nice. Everyone that works there is a joy to be around. They are so good at their jobs and they are just kind people. They do a great job of explaining everything they are doing and are extremely gentle. I highly recommend this place.

Tbh this dental office was warm and welcoming! They do great work, good communication, attention to detail, very down to earth with a great work environment. I would definitely recommend this dental office to anyone looking for new dentist. Lookin forward to future visits.

Professional, kind, caring, up to speed with the latest technology. I had a variety of work done for my complex dental problems. Had received fillings and a zirconia crown. Precise fit, great material, reasonable cost, comfortable setting with 3D technology. Extremely gentle complex molar tooth extractions. Had two done in one visit under 1 hour. Dr Yu and his assistants Ryan and Jonathan are very skillful to do such a great work. Local anesthesia administered was precise, where needed, and in the right amounts so that you do not feel any ill effects of it other than pain relief. I appreciate gentle and thorough dental cleaning by hygienist Sumiia, and her kindness. She made me feel at ease. Cathy at the front office is very helpful with planning and keeping track of insurance coverage so I do not have to, and made me feel welcome like a family. My usual dental anxiety does not happen in this office. I am happy to come here! Thank you, Dr. Yu and the team. My family and I appreciate you very much! Elena
