I wish I had something better to say because the first appointment I went to everyone was incredibly kind and professional and accommodating, unfortunately the second time… I had to schedule with the dentist again after my root canal, but the person in the phone says that the root canal people need to send them stuff and I’m like ok cause the root canal people told me XYNZ but while I was saying that she just fully interrupted me and talked over me and I even said excuse me don’t interrupt me and then she continued on finished what she was saying and I tried to stay calm and said you know I was just trying to explain my situation and why I thought I was supposed to call right now but you didn’t need to be rude and interrupt me and then she starts to like well. I’m sorry if you feel and I just had to hang up. Why so rude? I wasn’t being mean because blaming it to you. I wasn’t saying anything disparaging I was just trying to explain to you. OK well here’s the information I have so let’s put together our information together and figure out what we need to do but no.

If this place is anything like how they treat their delivery drivers, I would stay away. I delivered a large food order 3 full bags of food / over a $300 order to their office Christmas Party, and was left absolutely noting for a tip. Gotta love that compassion and appreciation. Merry Christmas East Lansing family density lol.

10/10 experience, I enjoy coming in the staff is all so friendly. They make me feel super comfortable and I never have dental anxiety going in. Out of all the dentist offices in Lansing area this is the one to go to.

The dentist office overall is a good experience but some new person upfront, I think her name is Nicole put you on hold every time you call and Minimum 10 minute wait time. Then when you ask billing questions she has no idea what she is talking about. No clue They need to make a change in regards to this position

This is a wonderful place to go for all your dental needs! Receptionists are friendly and easy to talk with the hygienists make sure you are comfortable. I personally had Dr. Valassis and he listens to your needs, addresses any issues you may have and provides a welcoming safe environment! You are not just a patient of his you are a priority and a friend.

Always a 10+. Extremely professional and very comfortable atmosphere. Everyone puts you at ease and does a great job. I have referred several patients here and everyone feels the same. Dr. Fedore is extremely skilled..a Perfectionist, as are his partners, Hygienist and staff.

I have been a patient for 10 years. Staff is always professional and friendly. My appointments always run on time. I have never had any issues with cleanings or my dental work. Office area and patient rooms are clean and well organized.
