I’m writing this in hopes that management addresses the front office culture. While the assistants & dentists provide 5-star care, the receptionists consistently have an attitude that makes the environment incredibly uncomfortable. Beyond the general rudeness, there is zero room to self-advocate. Whenever I try to express a concern or explain an issue I’m having, I am met with 'smart' comments or shut down by being pedantically corrected on medical terminology. It feels impossible to have a basic conversation about my own care without being treated as if I'm an inconvenience. After being spoken to disrespectfully one too many times, I’ve decided to switch providers. A great dentist simply isn't worth the stress of dealing with an unprofessional front desk.

Dr and assistant were extremely nice and caring, the front desk ladies need to learn customer service etiquette and not lie when it was brought to their attention. Now I know why the turn over is so high at this dental office.

I have been a patient for about 1year. I have no complaints. Everyone is attentive and friendly. The office is clean and i always have the best experience. I love them!

Today was my first time going to this office. It was recommended from a friend after I couldn’t get an appointment for several months at other offices. This was by far the best experience I had. Alayna was very kind and extremely gentle cleaning my teeth. This was the first time I didn’t walk out of the dentist office in pain. Highly recommend.

Hands down the best dentist I’ve seen. They are professional, accommodating, and very skilled in the services that they provide.

I have had the BEST experience I wish I could give 5000000 stars. From the front desk girls, to the dental hygienists/assistants, to Dr Tom and Dr T! i have been soooo nervous to go back to the dentist after years and they have made me feel amazing. Always make sure I’m comfortable and numb. I have had a deep cleaning, cavities filled and a tooth saved that was almost a root canal but ended up being a deep filling with absolutely NO pain at all- During or after! I am so grateful to have found a place that actually cares about you and making you feel comfortable. Will recommend to everyone I know!!! Thank you for changing my smile and making me love it again!!!!
