Well received by front desk staff Dr. Smith was excellent and very informative after reviewing my X-rays and how to proceed moving forward. Ty from the office team helped me to pick what’s affordable now and also how to proceed in getting my dentures and other care moving forward as well. I’m looking towards making Aspen my family care dental provider . They were recommended by a friend and all that he told is true regarding the professional services and friendly environment.

From the time I got my dentures about a year or two ago, maybe more, everything was great. And today I went to pick up my dentures because one of my front teeth broke and they did an awesome job in such a short time. They looked wonderful and my whole family is happy. Also my insurance covered it and that made me even happier. The entire staff is awesome. Very helpful, patient, and understanding. I really think this is the best place to go for any kind of dental work.

I was told everything had to be paid upfront. Told they were going to make two sets of dentures for my wife, one to be put in the day of removing my wife's teeth. They never did fit all the check ups were horrible. Now six months later and my wife still does not have any dentures that fit. I would would not recommend this place to anyone. If I could I would rate this place at negative five.

Intial checkup, I was seen an hr late. Sat without a qord from anyone in the office. Full checkup and xrays. Scheduled cleaning and refill a filling for 2 days later. The day before at 4:45 pm got a text telling me to reschedule and call office. I called the office, got a message that no one could answer my call. Called at 9:00 and was told my cleaning was still on for 10:00 am. I arrived at 9:45 am and was told they were running 30 minutes behind. It's now 10:00 am and I still havent heard a word from ANYONE!! Still waiting, without a word!!!

Staff refuse to answer your questions on the phone about services offered even when requesting a service they know they don’t offer just to get you on the books and in the office, once there, they will try to convince you to get X-rays so you’re already financially locked into owing them something regardless of them being unable to provide exactly what you booked. I am disabled with severe mobility issues and a broken leg currently, I made myself very clear that if they could not provide the service I was requesting to be transparent as it’s difficult for me to even find transport. They said the dentist had to do a consult but should be able to provide the request and even mentioned due to it being cosmetic it may not be covered- I said I don’t care if I have to cover the cost. I made my wants clear, was mislead, then upon going to the office, staff pushed me to start services as I stood my ground waiting until I got a transparent answer that the dentist "Does not do the cosmetic work I am requesting" all as they tried to force me into X-rays. I was also mocked by the staff who thought they were being quiet as they whispered rudely about me. I felt shamed for refusing service until I got a clear answer on whether or not they can even do the service very clearly requested. TLDR; the staff will mislead you to get you on the books and financially obligated without transparency about services they are capable of providing. Don’t go here if you want to be mocked for not tolerating less than exactly what you asked for. "Since you’re already here might as well get X-rays"

Made an appointment, got called saying they could take me now, I show up and end up having to wait 2 hours (which was past my appointment time) before getting to go back. They told me when signing papers that it would only be a few minutes. Waste of time, no transparency, would avoid this facility. Some staff members are very helpful and thoughtful, others not so much.

Absolutely the worst place to get dental work done! Been a client with them since March 2025 and every single visit has been an issue I couldn’t go else where cuz everything was already paid for upfront. The entire staff especially the office manager, dentist and surgeon are incompetent. They have no clue what they are doing! They either need all new properly trained staff or location needs to be shut down. Asked repeatedly to have my plates corrected and every time I came back to try them they were worse than before. I was told the tech that makes the plates would be in the room so I could explain what I wanted and needed, I get to the visit she would not come to the room when I asked the office manager why she wouldn’t attend the visit she shrugged her shoulders and couldn’t give a explanation. When I asked why they made a replica of my temps for my permanent plates even though I told them several times the temps don’t fit and I did not like them she again couldn’t give an explanation either. She’s completely useless. Every visit was a nightmare!
