Great service! New client, completes the forma within 5 minutes, and was taken back within 5 minutes after that. Tech was super friendly and knowledgeable. She even provided a blanket queen she noticed the goosebumps on my arms. Got my xrays, cleaning, doctors review, and next appointment booked all in an hour. Will be transferring my kids to this practice.

Today was supposed to be my third visit with the office for routine checkups. First visit was okay. Second visit was fine, but never saw a dentist AND X-rays couldn’t be done because "systems were down". Today was supposed to be my third visit. Mind you, I have an appointment card FOR TODAY, but I was told by the front desk my appointment is in October. I asked if my last appointment was in February (she confirmed yes). I then asked if routine checkups are scheduled for every six months and was told yes. I then asked why I have an appointment set up for October IF I have an appointment card from them stating my appointment is today AND why I would be standing in their office today. The woman explained I must’ve made a mistake. She said she would try to fit me in today but was finally told the best she could do was August 12. I asked her to keep my October appointment since they couldn’t fit me in today as was scheduled. No apologies were given and it was inferred that all of this was my error. Can’t wait to see what happens in October!

I had an appointment for 10 AM. I arrived at 9:55 and was given the obligatory form to complete as it was my first visit. It appeared that areas marked with yellow marker were required. I completed the yellow marked areas in the form and handed it in. Five minutes later the front desk person wanted the areas that were not marked in yellow completed. I did that but left off my drug list as it is very long and I don't carry it around with me. I indicted that I would send it to them on the form. Now it's 10:20 and I haven't seen anyone and people that came after me were being taken back. They have a sign in the waiting room that you should not wait longer than 15 minutes. I'm there 25. I mention this to the person at the desk and was told it was because I didn't complete the form properly. Finally I was taken back. I explained to the tech what I needed and handed her a standard thumb drive with my X-rays on it. After about 10 minutes she cam back and asked if I could email the X-rays to them. I said sure (I don't use my phone for email, just my desk top.), I'd send them when I got home. She wanted me to do it immediately from my phone. After providing a lengthy explanation to the 20 something tech she realized that it would take some time. "Don't you have a USB port that you can download the X-rays?" I asked. (This is a very modern upscale office, so I figured there are computers everywhere.) No was the reply. They then demanded that I reschedule my appointment after sending the required information. I've never been treated like this in my life. Why couldn't they have requested the information in advance like most professional operations? I left at 10:45 not to return. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the services provided by this dental office. They appear to engage in overbilling practices, and the providers as well as the staff seem to lack knowledge in their field. If you are seeking to utilize your resources inefficiently, then this may be the place for you. Their concept of a referral consists of a printout from Google. I was charged $191.00 for a basic consultation with a doctor, which did not include any treatment or examination. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment.

I had crown replacement for my front tooth #7 and #10 with Dr. Frankel . The new crowns are much better looking now. The dark lines between my tooth and gums have now disappeared which was my biggest concern. Thank you very much !

I have now gone to Dr. J for the past few months, and I can truly say that she does such an amazing job. I have always been a little anxious and scared to go to the dentist, and that resulted in serious dental work needing to be done. I made my first appointment, and everything from the lady at reception to checking out was great. Dr. J was amazing, she was so calming and explained everything in a n easy to understand manner.The dental assistant to helped her out was also amazing, very professional and helped me stay calm throughout when I had each session from my deep cleaning. This past check up I had was with a different dental assistant and she was as amazing as Dr. J. She was very sweet and made me feel very comfortable. I am so sorry I am really bad at remembering names, but overall the staff that I have dealt with are amazing.

Wonderful people. We've been coming for 6 years now. My family has been treated by every dentist at this practice, most recently the delightful Dr. Talebi. They've all been very pleasant to work with. I pay dental out-of-pocket, and their prices are more reasonable than any practice I've known over the decades. No surprises, no nickel and dime billing.
