Dr. Gerfen took her time to listen to me and understand the problem. I had an old loose crown that did not fit well and it was causing a gum infection. The previous two dentists just ignored my complaints. Dr. Gerfen fixed it. Adding to my review_October 2025: I wish there were more than 5 stars to give. I mean, the attention that I get as a patient is second to none, and I've been to a lot of dentists. She does things differently. I fully trust Dr. Gerfen and follow her advice and my teeth have never felt better. Now she's straightening my teeth using Invisalign, and I'm so excited to fix those crooked teeth and be more confident when I smile.
