Dian Zhang, DDS - Reopening as Mill Plain Family Dental

what a great experience! I am dental phobic and I’m very comfortable going to Dr. Zhang, he is competent, professional, and gentle. It has been very easy to have him working on my mouth. Really disappointed by the care I received. I was in for a cleaning two weeks prior at that time I was told I had a few cavities, one in particular was deep and needed care. Over the two weeks it started to hurt not any extreme pain but more sensitive. We were leaving on a trip for my sisters wedding and wanted to make sure I wasn’t neglecting anything serious …… I was told now 2 weeks later I probably needed a root canal, I’m not a dentist but ok it was a deep cavity to begin with so possible but with me leaving on a trip that couldn’t be done. I had to beg to have a temporary filling placed so it wouldn’t be exposed over the next two weeks … and Dr. W wouldn’t even clean it out before placing the temporary filling. Come to find out I was charged for an emergency visit ….. in my world an emergency is a same day apt. Just seems like she really couldn’t be bothered I called back to say I wasn’t happy with the way I was treated and again they could not have cared less. My husband and I will not be returning as patients.

Great dentists with a fine partnership (Xhang / Wang). I've been a patient going on most of this millennium and still smiling. Skillful, caring, fees which might make you think you're not paying for the best, when you really are.

Great professionals, I have treated my teeth with Dr. Dian Zhang for the past 20 years, and I have nothing but good things to say about him.

I had a great experience and felt very comfortable. No problems at all.
