I had an amazing experience at Serramonte Ridge Dental! The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Dr. McCormick was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of the procedure. The clinic was clean and well-equipped, ensuring a safe environment. I left with a bright smile and would highly recommend Serramonte Ridge Dental for their top-notch service and care.

I was happy to receive a phone call that the office was open for cleanings so I could resume my regular every 6 month cleanings. As before, the staff are very good at greeting me, took my temperature, and the waiting room had seating spaced 6 feet apart. I was called in to my scheduled appointment on time, greeted by Inez. Received x-rays, a thorough cleaning, and refresher on how to properly floss molars. Dr. Conley is amazing, has a bright personality & a great collection of bow ties! He really cares about the health of my teeth. I will definitely be a patient and bring my entire family for their check ups!

What a professional, friendly and trustworthy Dentist! I saw Dr McCormick for an exam and to have some fillings done. She was so knowledgeable and even explained what she was doing, which I loved! In the past I've been told that I have a difficult mouth by previous dentists and Dr McCormick did my filling better than any dentists I've seen in the past and I didn't have any toothache afterwards! They were very transparent about how I would be billed, I felt safe and knew exactly what was being done and why. I really trust this Dentist and office! Dr McCormick was so professional and friendly, this is definitely my new office and I am encouraging all my friends to go there (one already has!)

I initially went to this office because I had a Groupon and wanted a good cleaning. Dr. Conley is awesome! He cleaned my teeth better than any dentist I have ever had. I needed some restoration work and he did an amazing job with that too. My teeth look nice again and I cannot recommend Dr. Conley highly enough. Unlike other dentists, he did not try to up-sell me or recommend treatments I did not need. He reviewed my x-rays with me and explained what was necessary for optimal dental health and what was optional. There was no pressure to buy anything and he made the process painless, both emotionally and physically. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful as well. I have emailed several times with questions and have spoken to Kylisha and Misty. They are always quick to respond to messages and are very accommodating. Honestly, how many Dr.'s offices respond to patient inquiries within 20-60 minutes? Even though this office is out of my way (I live in San Francisco), it is well-worth the 20 minute drive for the quality of service and care.

Dr. Conley is professional, amicable, and personable; he listens to our needs and takes the time to explain what procedures he’s performing. He has a deep desire to provide the best possible care and provides valuable advice. I highly recommend Dr. Conley and his staff. I will refer all of my friends and family. Dr. Conley is the best dentist I've ever had in 40+ years. He is personable, funny and gentle (and we know that not all dentists are). His staff is very professional, friendly and responsive and his office is very clean and well run. And while some dentists sometimes seem to put their financial interests above those of their patients, that is not the case here. You cannot go wrong by choosing Dr. Conley.

Awesome experience with Dr. Conley and his staff. Have been a patient now for about two years. Have done routine cleanings and had a couple fillings done as well without any issues. Everyone is friendly at the office and overall prompt. Would definitely recommend this office.
