I really want to say that I appreciate you guys for helping my sister out with her refund, she buys my vitamins at your store and was helped by Kayla the Store Manager due to the person that always helps her, Rose being out sick(hope she gets better soon) and Kayla took the time to show her where my medicine was and also rung her up. Normally I wouldn’t do reviews but it’s amazing to see a woman in charge leading by example to her team and helping out those that truly appreciate it. Thank you Kayla and thank you Sprouts!!!

I hate how much I love their food and sandwiches, the people win it over for me. Store is so beautiful and everyone is always working tiresomely and still smiling all the while. So beautiful and rare what you guys have. Hold onto it and never let go.

They have wonderful service there and the best cashiers in the world, especially the cashier named Lucy. She is so wonderful and helpful and such a people person like everyone in the store. If the store is crowded, the lines are moving efficiently, favorite grocery store to go to in Norcal

I would like to say that I’ve seen so many rude customers in the store and your employees do not deserve that. They are always so nice and kind to everyone and I love them so much especially Teresa, she is always so sweet and gives so much to her job. Please make sure you’re employees are being taken care of your team.

This review is very over do in my opinion. I order weekly on Instacart from Sprouts Market. At times they are out of my favorite cold brew coffee brands. I have to call the store at times to find out more information as to when it would be back in stock. Managers Aiden and Evan have assisted me many times with this issue. I really appreciate their help! With this issue. I love my Cold Brew coffee brand. This store location in Daly City has great Managers and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this Sprouts Store. Thank you Jeanne

The Asian lady with short Greg highlighted hair. I do shopping delivery as my part time and I frequent here at sprouts. Most of the employees are very helpful and nice, except for a few… it was a busy Sunday and the chk out lines were long except for the self checkout. I proceed there because I thought it would be easier and faster. This lady walked up to me and asked if the purchase was for my personal use or a gig work. I asked her did it matter because I only had a few items. She told me I have to check-out at the check stand and I questioned her how come I couldn’t do a self check out if there isn’t a sign say item limits or gig workers can’t do self check out. This shows the lady does not care that we are gig workers and we’re not there to do our personal shops. This needs to be change and sprouts employees should treat all customers equally whether they’re gig work shoppers or normal shoppers. Most of the time, we didn’t need to help with the bagging, but we do it anyways because it helps on both ends and more time efficient. Please put a sign up at the self check out if you do not want gig shoppers to self check out or if you limit your items per self check out.

This wasn't my first time benefiting from her expertise—she's consistently helpful and respectful, which is a rare and amazing quality in any sales associate. After years of disappointing one- and two-star experiences elsewhere, she completely shattered my low expectations. Regina or Patricia stayed with me, guiding me to all the vitamins, supplements, and products I needed to improve my health. Because she built such high trust through her professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to spend time, I followed her recommendations without question. Over one-third of my total purchase came from her suggestions! I don't mind investing in my well-being when the service engenders that trust—it opens the door to not just the essentials but a fuller shopping experience. A note on why her help was so vital: I have a condition that makes navigating shelves packed with vitamins and supplements overwhelming to my visual system, so her support was a game-changer. Overall, the entire Sprouts Farmers Market on Gellert Boulevard earns five stars across the board—great ambience, excellent product selection, and helpful staff everywhere. Two thumbs up!
