Dr. Cheng and her staff are exceptional! Dr. Cheng is a very gifted dentist. She has a gentle touch; explains exactly what she is doing and even calls the next day to see how you are doing. I always dreaded the Novocain shots, but with Dr. Cheng, they are painless! I'm not kidding! (and I don't tolerate pain at all!) Janis, the hygienist, is the best ever! She does a very thorough cleaning, with a gentle touch. Can't say enough nice things about her! And Dr. Chengs medical assistant and office manager, Andi, is not only so very competent as a dental assistant, but also so friendly and helpful with your appointments, insurance and I don't know how she does it, but is always so calm and very funny too! You don't always find a dental practice where everyone is so competent, friendly and caring! I can't imagine going anywhere else!

DR Cheng and her staff are warm and welcoming. DR Cheng is very thorough, gentle and warm. She uses the latest techniques and is very concerned to see that the patient is very comfortable. I feel fortunate that she is my dentist and highly recommend her.
