From the moment I walked in, I felt very welcome by the friendly staff! The space is very welcoming. I’ve only ever been to one other dentist office, so this was a big change for me. I loved how holistic my new patient visit was. Dr. Lo went above and beyond to learn about my history and talked about my overall health not just the current state of my dental hygiene.

The teeth cleaning itself was good, and I was satisfied with the dental care. However, my overall experience was negatively affected by the front desk staff. The new front desk lady (wearing glasses) was very poker-faced, rude and came across as unfriendly, which made the visit uncomfortable. A front desk role is often the first point of contact, and a positive, welcoming attitude is important for patients. Unfortunately, that was lacking during my visit.

I have been going here for almost 3 years, everything was fine till they hired a new receptionist who is EXTREMELY RUDE! Like extremely. Talk to you very very rudely on the phone. Cancels your appointment abruptly. Just rude. Once i finish my care im not going back again. I love everyone else though.

Cupertino family Dental. I had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and very welcoming. I have had bad experiences in the past with dental offices but left this office with a peaceful heart that I was in great hands. My concerns and questions were heard and addressed. I couldn’t ask for a better experience and looking forward to returning. Thank you everyone at Cupertino Family Dental. 😊

We love Cupertino Family Dental! They see everyone in our family. Our kids (6&10) love visiting, from the caring staff and TVs to distract while cleaning they make dentist visits an easy task.

I was patient of Cupertino Dental for 3 years and now I realize how fortunate I was until I moved. I miss how helping and cheerful the staff was specially Nancy. She helps understanding the insurance and finances so well. Dr. Jacqueline L is very experienced and takes time to explain procedure and answer questions. They are very professional and thorough. Thanks for giving 3 years of reliable care and setting such a high standard of care - I truly miss it.

I don’t write reviews often, but this place is truly amazing! I recently moved here and visited them only few times; however, every time I went, the staff was super caring, patient and professional. Dr. Lo and her team did an excellent job listening and educating me on my oral health. They made me feel at ease (for the first time) in a dental office! I am excited to go back and see Dr. and her team!
