Brush and Play Pediatric Dentistry (Cupertino)

Brush & Play is very friendly, and what I especially appreciate is that they don’t seem to push unnecessary treatments or act overly business-minded. There are no unexpected or excessive charges, and overall, the place is very clean. The staff members are all very kind, and one of the best things is that the doctor explains everything in detail.

Brush and Play is the best dentistry, the staff are kind , patient and gentle. They explain the procedure to my kids. Dr Ko is exceptional, very attentive and explains findings well. My experience has been great with receiving care. BUT the ONLY issue is scheduling. For school age kids its impossible to bring them in during school hours. They don't have availability for early morning (7 am as some orthodontists have) nor evening after 4pm.Currently they are filled up until January 2026 for a late afternoon appointment (after 3:30pm for regular checkup and cleaning). Very disappointing.

Their hygienist did a wonderful job keeping my 3 yo engaged in the process while doing a thorough exam and cleaning. Dr Ko himself is also amazing, great at dealing with toddlers.

My daughter Aurora went there on April 5 for the very first time! Everyone is just so friendly and accommodating. My daughter loves the place and it’s kids friendly! Dr. Dentist was excellent in motivating and convinced my daughter to cooperate with him. My daughter is only 3 years old and it was a success visit! I would highly recommend to this dental place for parents like me to bring their children here!

I strongly recommend Dr. Steve Ko to my friends. He is a good and kind dentist. Usually my kid doesn’t like doctors who are men. But she likes to meet Dr. Steve Ko. Also he is bilingual in Korean and English. If you have a language barrier, you don’t need to worry to communicate with him. He speaks Korean very well. And both of staffs who I met are very kind and nice, too.

My 3-year-old was scared at first, but all the staff and the doctor were so kind and organized that it made the experience really great. It also didn’t take long, which we really appreciated. 🙂
