Walmart Supercenter

This post is mainly to highlight my appreciation of a wonderful employee experience. I was with my stepdaughter looking for a specific toy she saw on tiktok. They had been blown out everywhere, but online said this store had them. We were looking everywhere and of course customers had made a mess of the shelves that day also looking for the same toy, and it looked as if they had none, or at least none in the correct spot. Lorie was nearby and not only helped us look, but when we thought we would throw in the towel, a couple minutes later she came around the corner and pointed out a slightly different version of the same item in another location. Not only was that kind that she kept looking after we had stopped, but come to find out she was not even on the clock but on her way out the door after her shift. She took the time anways. I asked her what department she works in and sure enough it was cashier and not even anywhere near the aisles in the back of the store where we were. She was so friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond. My stepdaughter was so happy, and I truly could not say enough kind things about Lorie and all of her help. She's awesome, and I appreciate all she did!

Great store and would like to add a suggestion. The pharmacy is closed from 1:30-2 everyday for the pharmacist to have lunch. It is NOT posted on Google store hours and it should be so you don’t make an unnecessary trip. It is also off to the side on the wall and not in a very prominent spot. It also is not listed on the exterior door clings either.

Not a problem. Staff were fine. One in particular in the deli department Walinda I know I spelled it wrong but she was just so sweet and courteous. She even helped us l when we were in another area. Such a beautiful girl and really enhanced Walmart. She was a joy.

Great customer service. Place very neat, and cleaned. No security outside or inside was visible. A must thing.

I haven’t been to a Walmart in years where I could actually walk through the aisles and get real help until tonight. The energy at this store is so pleasant and completely different from most of the other locations I’ve visited in different cities and states. That said, MATTHEW is a stellar employee. He’s genuinely pleasant, and he knows how to take care of customers. Even though he was clearly busy, he never came off as bothered when I asked him a question twice while stepping into his section (lol). He personally walked me over to exactly what I needed, and he even knew the aisles down to the exact letter and number. That has never happened for me before at Walmart. Give that man a raise!

Walmart in Parkland provides a convenient and reliable shopping experience for residents and visitors alike. Overall, Walmart in Parkland is a convenient one-stop shop for all your daily needs.

Garden Center here is a total waste of time!! Little inventory; half of the garden center is completely EMPTY... No staff on duty. Says online that a plant is avaliable for pickup..... None! On top of it, you have to take purchases NEXT DOOR to main store to purchase..... go elsewhere. ...no reason to shop here!!
