This is the worst customer service I’ve ever recieved in my life , no compassion , empathy or understanding to customers . If you’re looking for a business to just care about money this is the place . They charge 25 dollars if your late doesn’t matter if someone die you paying it , 25 dollars for not making an appointment and when you email management no response sent email since January 26, 2026 no response . Then I drove an hour and half only for th to tell me that my son won’t be seen . Crazy work next is better business bureau

I had such a great experience with my orthodontist. I recently got braces to align my bottom teeth, and the process has been smooth and reassuring from start to finish. The team took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I’m already excited to see the progress and couldn’t be happier with my decision. Excellent service! The orthodontist is very patient and answers all my questions. The staff made me feel comfortable right away. They’re organized, efficient, and truly care about their patients!

Great experience so far. I have been taking my daughter for about 6 months now. We rarely wait. They are all friendly. We’re usually in and out in about 20 mins or less. It’s great.

I had my braces placed with Smile Clinic of Coral Springs, initially I was nervous the staff here made me good about making this decision everything was explained to me with no pressure all questions answered, they are always very welcoming and available for any questions. After having my braces removed we made the decision to have my daughters placed she loves them always changing the colors. Thanks again for being there for our family and community.

For any reason, do not undergo orthodontic treatment at this place. After more than two and a half years of having my daughter in treatment that started when she was 16, her braces were removed. We followed exactly all the recommendations from this place regarding the use of retainers, clarifying that the instruction was to wear them only at night. Less than six months later, her lower teeth became crooked again. The explanation from the assistant at this place was that she had not used the retainers, which is absolutely false. They gave incorrect instructions so that the treatment would not work, or were negligent, and then charged us an additional $1400 for new treatment on the lower teeth, despite having paid several thousand dollars for the initial complete treatment. What they did constitutes dental malpractice, and according to legal consultations, we can take legal action against this establishment for dental malpractice. A letter was sent requesting an explanation and a reevaluation of the case, but we never received a response. This is not correct in any aspect; it is simply a way to extract more money from the patient, completely absurd. Do not engage with this establishment.

I must say, the staff here is incredibly friendly and accommodating. They promptly addressed any issues I encountered. I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience with my braces so far. I highly recommend this place.
