We have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Spencer and staff. My son has an amazing smile now. Also we met the oral surgeon for a wisdom tooth consult and was very impressed by his knowledge and bed side manner. I also loved the fact he didn’t push surgery and explained why it can wait.
My husband scheduled back-to-back appointments for us as new patients. We chose this office solely because we were seeking a dentist with more convenient hours, including Saturday and evening availability. After our appointments were scheduled, we received a call requesting that we adjust the time, which we agreed to. Upon arrival, however, we were informed that only one appointment had been moved to the morning, while the other remained scheduled for 3:00 p.m. We were then told there had been a cancellation, but it was not disclosed that the cancellation was with a different dentist. During my cleaning, the hygienist advised me that the dentist would be coming in for an examination. He spent approximately five minutes with me and advised that I needed six crowns replaced. This was concerning. My husband requested that I instead be seen by the dentist with whom my appointment had originally been scheduled. After waiting to see her, she indicated that I needed three crowns replaced — which was consistent with what my previous dentist had already advised. We spent more than four hours in the office. While the hygienist, Eunice, provided an excellent cleaning, the overall experience was disappointing. Additionally, our paperwork was processed incorrectly, and we were provided with inaccurate information regarding our insurance coverage. We were told our coverage was different than it actually is and were presented with estimates exceeding $4,000. My portion alone was quoted at over $2,500. In reality, my insurance covers the majority of the work, and my expected out-of-pocket cost is approximately $400 in copays with my previous dentist, to whom we will be returning. Unfortunately, the overall experience felt impersonal and lacked the level of professionalism we expect in a healthcare setting.
Nice facility. The wait time was maybe a little longer than usual . Thats ok.Doctor who came she was knowledgeable and nice . I explained that I need only certain procedure . She asked me kindly who will be doing the rest of it etc. and I told her that will be decided in the future. My problem was when they presented the price and options ,after the exam for the service I needed, they presented me two different prices. 1213 if I do something called in house( financing probably ) and 2433 if I pay right there. Are you kidding me? :))When I said no thank you they said they could give me 10% off from the so-called in-house price suddenly I could pay that the debit card or with the credit card with additional 3% . If I understood correctly. The person didn't believe me when I said thank you i'm not interested and I walked out:) Asked for the X-ray copies ..digital extray. They said takes up to 72hrs to email it to me. At that point i just laughed:))) it just makes me sad to realize that only numbers counts. I dont want sign up for in house whatever, I felt like im being tricked . .
Office was very cleanly. My dental tech Nassa was very nice and did a ahhmazing gentle job with my cleaning. The xray tech was nice I didn't catch his name. And Dr. Rodriguez was very thorough and nice. I just found out about them and had a appt booked first ting the next a.m. the office is huge so you have a lot of staff won't be waiting forever.
Positively this is a clean and quick Dental choice with great hours! Cons the are pricey and mechanically pushing you out the door. Today as an adult I had my 1st tooth extraction. Getting an appointment for the extraction and getting pricing ahead wasn’t great. After being in pain for a week I learned during the consult I may or may not get the tooth out. Anxiety and tears are being held back. We get through consultation and charging me for the service before the extraction. As we start the procedure I have no idea if my lips were dry or my skin but I feel ripping. After sharing my discomfort they were acknowledged( a PRO) we go again. Same sensation again. 3rd time however the position were shifted all went well. Followed by being advised about aftercare and sent off. I was charged over $1000 to pullout one tooth and no one had the courtesy to ask would you like it to see it or notify me they trash it unless I want it. They owe me nothing but for the money you’ll spending, the referrals or returning a bit a courtesy would have made this such a different experience.
Friendly staff and dentist was informative regarding my dental issues. I knocked off two stars because I’ve had several cleanings over my life and I felt the tech was playing in my mouth. Splashing water everywhere not really accomplishing a thorough cleaning. I would go back for the dentist but the cleaning was underwhelming.
Hi! I recently visited Coral Springs Dental Center and had a great experience. The staff was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The care I received was excellent, and I would definitely recommend them to others. Thanks!
