I went to see Dr. Sherwood for a (free) consultation and I was very impressed by the staff from the front desk before I even got there. They were so sweet and helpful and kind, giving me an estimate of what my potential cost would be for a specific procedure and then scheduling an appointment for me. Dr. Sherwood's assistant was very helpful and put my anxiety at ease before the doctor came in. Dr. Sherwood seemed to really take his time, considering all of my options and went over all of them with me. He knew what I was hoping for but instead of just taking my money and letting me schedule that, he was very honest with me and explained the procedures I would need and the timeline and outcome and ultimately I decided on something else. I apologized for wasting his time but he assured me I had not been a waste of time for him, even though he did spend quite a bit of it with me discussing everything. I didn't feel rushed in and out and then his finance lady came in and was extremely sweet. That whole office is wonderful. If they were closer to me, I'd consider switching from my long time regular dentist to them for the atmosphere alone! I very much appreciated all of them being so kind!

I have NEVER enjoyed a dentist visit before. Now I can say that for the first time in my 78 years, I am looking forward to my next appointment. These folks are not just good dentists, they are WONDERFUL!! And Dr Sherwood still needs to pay his amazing hygienist 3x more than he does, AND give her a 100K tip every 3 months! Conway Dental Co. is so welcoming and a great place to use! I have been using them since my first ever cleaning as a kid, and haven’t had any problems. I 10/10 recommend their service!!

The Dentists are kind and thorough. Krista is my hygienist and I believe her calm/gentle demeanor would be valuable to those nervous about visiting the dentist. All other staff are friendly and the clinic itself clean and inviting!

This was my first dentist visit at this location and honestly in a couple of years, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Krista did an excellent job with my cleaning, super thorough and gentle, and she shared really helpful tips for keeping up with dental care at home. Dr. Sherwood was great too, clear, caring, and took the time to explain my x-rays and everything. I felt well taken care of by the whole team. Highly recommend and will be back!

Had a great first appointment at Tooth Acres today! Staff and Dr. Sherwood were so nice! Krista did a amazing job with my x-rays and cleaning. So glad my husband and I chose to go there.
