King Family Dental Care

I had been dealing with some tooth pain and called King Family Dental on a Saturday, leaving a voicemail. To my surprise, they actually called me back—something two other dentists I tried didn’t do. They were able to get me in the very same day, which was such a relief. It turns out I had an infection, and they quickly scheduled me for a root canal. The entire staff was incredibly kind and walked me through every step of the process. They also explained the billing clearly and gave me a solid estimate, so I knew exactly what to expect. I’m so thankful it was this easy to find a dentist who truly cares about their patients. I’d definitely recommend King Family Dental to anyone looking for compassionate and professional dental care!

the work i got done was decent but was going for months and they never thought to tell me my insurance was not in their network causing me to pay 20% more than i should have been. also tried telling me i had to get my wisdom teeth out yet when i went to a different dentist they said i dont they are not even out of my gums yet. in all i paid over $500 more just because they never told me my insurance was not in their network but when i was becoming a new patient they said it was.

Best dental office in Conway….hands down! From the dentist to the hygienist/assistants to the ladies up front…they are all amazing! You are treated with care from the moment you walk in til the minute you leave! I will recommend this office to any and everyone!

King Family Dental truly takes care of their patients! They go the extra mile to accommodate your schedule and are available 24/7! It is truly encouraging to see a dentist and his staff put their patients first at the sacrifice of their own time and personal lives. They have been quick to meet my family on the weekends when an emergency arose. I couldn’t be more grateful to be a patient at King Family Dental. Literally the best dentist office in Conway. These people will always give you a fair price and only the services you need. I am sad that I will not be able to continue going to them since I am moving to another state. If I could, I would keep going to them. They are the best!
