Staff is supper friendly and helpful. Doctor Chang is really honest, makes you feel welcomed, listens to you and gives you realistic options. Mercedes took my x rays and was really gentle and really makes you feel like you are family. If you are not happy with your current Dentist please go see Doctor Chang!!

We have been going to Dr. Changs office for 7+ years now and we LOVE him and his staff. We drive an hour and a half because he is worth it. My kids are very comfortable with him and actually look forward to going to the "tooth doctor". Kids ages 6,4,2. Dr. Chang is very thorough, has great recommendations for total care of your teeth and is very pleasant to chat with.

One of the first things we did after moving to Roseville 3 years ago was search for a local Dentist. Dr. Chang's practice was highly rated by Yelp and Google reviewers so we set up appointments shortly thereafter. My wife and I have been patients ever since. Dr. Chang displays all of the qualities I insist upon. He, as well as all of his staff, has excellent communication skills. He is able to explain in layman's terms exactly what's going on in your mouth and what needs to be done to fix it. He has a very soft touch. Truly the best needle skills I've ever experienced with any dentist. I never worry about pain during my visits. Dr. Chang stands behind all of his work. We have rarely had any issues with any procedure but he is always quick to follow up and adjust if necessary. As for his staff they are all professional, warm and fun people. One other very important aspect is billing. Dental bills are extremely confusing to me! His billing expert is very, very good at explaining what is covered by insurance and exactly what you will be responsible for. That's really important to me. I highly recommend this wonderful family practice!

I appreciate how Dr. Chang will discuss with me, at length, any concerns or questions I might have before even looking at my teeth. I never feel rushed or like I’m asking silly questions. His answers are thorough and easily understood. His staff is caring and thoughtful. Sometimes going out of their way to make me feel at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Chang if you are looking for a caring, knowledgeable and friendly dentist.

Been going to Dr. Chang's practice for more than 15 years. I have referred many employees from our company who love the great quality of work and great "bedside manner" provided by Dr. Chang and his staff. He also takes care of my mom who just turned 99! Can't say enough good things about Dr. Chang. Just had a crown replaced, it was painless and a great experience as always. I lost my fear of going to the dentist once Dr. Chang became my dentist.

Wow! What can I say. OUTSTANDING! And I highly recommend Dr Chang for your dental needs. I moved out here from SF several years ago and have had difficulties finding a "good" dentist. He went beyond good and hit "Great". He's highly professional, very detail oriented, very informative, promotes preventative care, good listener and shows interest in my dental needs. Hands down one of the best, if not the best dentist I've been too. His front office is as professional, efficient and very knowledgeable as well. Now I feel very confident and comfortable that I have a trusted professional for my dental needs.
