I was really, really shocked at how Polite, the receptionist or customer service person to ask you his wholeheartedly very she accommodated me being a previous patient or visitor and seeing Dr. Jeffries she said she told me everything that was going on and she was busy doing dental surgery. I understood the situation that’s not a problem ever because Dr. Jeffries she knows me but overall the staff was very polite. The dental assistant try to hurt fast to keep me as comfortable as possible. She did quite well but overall, I would have to give you a four stars. I went into Aspen Dental not expecting any better experience I had received at numerous dental offices prior. I had given up on finding a in network office that would or could do the work I wanted done. So I called Aspen Dental who was not in my network - after seeing their web page and they seemed to be just what I was seeking.. and I was so right! From the receptionist to the xray tech to the dentist - who actually listened to my concerns- to Reggie the Office Mgr who made everything work out! I am so excited to be able to smile again! The Greenback Office is wonderful!!

I had an amazing experience at this dental office! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, the environment was welcoming and clean, and the dentist took the time to explain every step of the process. I left feeling well-cared for and confident in my treatment. Highly recommend!

I strongly suggest that if anybody is looking for a dentist that they go in for a consult with Aspen dental. I left feeling very well received and given great care. I start my treatment plan in 5 days and I am very excited

I had a great experience. I was super nervous and embarrassed coming in as I haven't been to the dentist and over eight years they reassured me that we have to start somewhere and made me extremely comfortable. So professional, so kind so patient I was highly impressed

"I did not like the service at this place at all. Six months ago, they did a root canal on me, and to this date, I still feel internal discomfort; I’m not happy with the work they did. They charged me $12,000 with the help of my insurance, but I still have pain. Additionally, I prepaid 6 months ago for a cleaning that was supposed to happen yesterday. I left work to go to the appointment, and when I arrived, they didn’t want to treat me because the payment wasn’t showing. I made the payment that day; a woman who speaks Spanish there helped me with the payment, but the person who took it was not there. Another secretary came to me and told me I had to pay again because it wasn’t showing. I told them I wouldn’t pay again because I had made the payment. The Spanish-speaking woman confirmed it; she took the payment, but she walked away, and they kept insisting I had to pay. I told them this was unfair, that I had done the payment, and I wouldn’t pay again. In the end, they did treat me, but I felt very uncomfortable. I told them I would never return to this place."
