This is a great dental office. They accept most all insurances (call to verify). The office is bright and airy. The customers seem to encompass all age ranges. All the staff are very professional and personable. The receptionists are very friendly and always try to accommodate your appointment needs. I love that they send a text message and/or call to remind you about your appt. The dental assistants, hygenists and doctors take the time to walk you thru your dental care as well as answer any concerns or questions you might have. They use modern dental technology. The care they provide is gentle and reassuring...meaning you aren't afraid or worried about returning for the next appt. Thank you to all the staff at Citrus Heights Modern Dentistry.

Naz is my dental hygienist at the Citrus Heights Modern Dentistry. She is very personable and friendly and her hands are so gentle. She is really professional at her job and has great customer care and service. I strongly recommend her.

My teeth cleaning was fast, smooth, and surprisingly fun. Jess was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was incredibly efficient while still being so kind, reassuring, and attentive. I felt comfortable the entire time and honestly impressed by how skilled she is at what she does. I had a great experience with Nazanin during my recent dental visit. She was professional, gentle, and thorough throughout the cleaning. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and took the time to explain what she was doing, which I really appreciated. My teeth feel incredibly clean, and I left the office feeling well cared for. Highly recommend her if you're looking for someone who does a great job and genuinely cares about her patients!

I have trouble justifying giving it one star. I went there for my annual checkup via my DeltaCareUSA insurance. They are a provider under that insurance, so I thought they would be reputable. I went in and they did a full 3d xray of my mouth and the dentist then came in and did the gum check. After he tried to convince me to get a descaling of my mouth, which was going to cost something exorbitant. I declined that despite being pushed and offered financing. They didn’t even clean my teeth that day. I was waiting for a dental hygienist to come in and clean my teeth, but a hygienist just walked in and said ok we’re done. I also have spoken to Dentist afterward, and the descaling they were recommending was completely unneeded. I have never had a cavity in my whole life, I just needed my yearly cleaning, and they didn’t even do that. This problem was so bad, that it made me change my insurance so I never have to go there again.

I recently changed dental offices after being unhappy with the service at this practice. I needed a filling and requested a Friday appointment, but they would not accommodate scheduling with another dentist, even though the dentist who originally diagnosed me only works limited days. There was no flexibility, which made it difficult to receive timely care. After switching to a new dentist, new X-rays were taken, and they discovered an open margin on one of my crowns. I was told this gap allows food to pack in the area and could lead to discomfort or further complications if not addressed. I contacted my previous dental office, only to be told that even though the crown was placed just over a year ago, it was not covered under warranty. Considering the high cost of the procedure, I find it unacceptable that their work is not guaranteed and that I am now left paying for corrective treatment elsewhere. I do not recommend this dental office based on my experience.

I am so impressed with the staff at this office. They have been working with my mom over the last few months to do implants which if you don't know - is a long and sometimes complicated process! They are always so friendly and a special shout-out to Vanessa who has shown great patience and compassion throughout the whole journey.
