It’s hard to find a dentist that takes my insurance, let alone a fantastic dentist and practice. The intake was seamless and the sweet ladies, Rosie and Carissa, at the front were on top of it! They were ready to answer any question I had and from that moment, I felt comfortable with my choice. As far as the procedures? Dr. Macwan is one of the best to do it. Her and her team, Alessa and Moira, were quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. If you’re worried about judgmental dentists, these are not them! Completely judgement free, relaxing environment. I talked with Dr. Macwan about my dental goals for this year, and in a split second she was on board and ready with a game plan. I highly recommend Elite Dental!

I visited here with my 6-year-old son for a checkup because I thought he might have a cavity. Everyone at this dental office is extremely kind and welcoming. Thanks to the staff and the dentist, my young child was able to receive treatment comfortably. The dentist explained everything at my child’s level and created a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. The diagnosis was made quickly and accurately, which gave me a great sense of trust. I could really feel the dentist’s extensive experience and expertise. The clinic itself was very calming, with soothing music and a pleasant scent, which helped me feel relaxed as well. The comfortable cushioned chairs and available drinks made the waiting time very pleasant. We will definitely come back for future visits. Thank you very much for today!

I have never had a bad interaction at this dental office. All of the members of the team, ranging from the front desk, to the dental assistants, to the dental hygienist, and to the dentist have all been great and very welcoming. I get all my answers questions and they address any issues I have.

Everyone here is great! I had a lot of work that needed to be done and they got me in quickly for all of it! They were also super understanding of why I needed the work done and did not shame me once. 10/10 would come here again (if my new insurance allowed me to).

The staff and dentist were great: My concerns came though as I was repeatedly told each service my dental insurance was covering a portion (80%). By the third service, I had finally received a claims report stating no coverage due to the clinic being out of network.. Dental insurance is already pretty trash and I should have done my due diligence, but when a business takes your insurance prior to even stepping foot, tells you you have coverage multiple times, and never mentions out-of-network, why give the insurance information upfront anyway. Ended up paying $800+ out of pocket for exams+deep cleans and luckily caught the insurance issue before pursuing the other recommended treatments which would have landed me in the thousands. I hope clinics can improve how they review patient's insurance because a simple "you are out of network" would have saved me hundreds.

Wonderful experience! I came in with no appointment to ask about a tooth filling and was able to get a consultation and filling done on the same day! Staff was wonderful and super courteous. I definitely hope to be back 🙂
