Great experience at this dental office today. Everyone was very kind and professional.The dentist took his time to listen to all my concerns and explained everything to me. I felt very comfortable and cared for. Highly recommend this dental office To anyone looking for a dentist.

My experience was amazing. From the moment I walked through the door the staff greeted me by name. Maria, the dental assistant took me back and explained what she was going to do to prepare me for the exam. She was very thorough. Of coarse, Dr. Hagan was very thorough and was able to explain some future treatments that I would definitely benefit from. He is one of the best if not the best dentist I have seen. I would recommend anyone that shys away from dentist to visit this practice. You can thank me later.

I’ve been to this location about five times for cleanings, and in the past they were thorough, careful, and took their time. I always felt like they genuinely cared about doing a good job. Unfortunately, my visit today was a completely different experience. I felt rushed from start to finish, and the cleaning felt incomplete and poorly done. Several steps seemed to be skipped or handled carelessly — including not even receiving a flossing during the cleaning, which was surprising and disappointing. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning. I hope they take feedback like this seriously and work to maintain the quality of care they used to provide.

I've been coming to this dentist's office for a little over a year now, and I really wish I had found them sooner. I've always been anxious about dentist visits, but this is the first place where I've actually felt relaxed. From day one, I've never felt judged or dismissed. Everyone in this office is kind, patient, and has this genuine way of caring for you. They never rush you, and they answer every single question, no matter how many you have. You can feel that they wear their hearts on their sleeves and truly want to help people. That level of kindness honestly surprised me in the best way. I'm really glad I found this place. Dr. Kella and the entire team are awesome. I'll definitely keep coming back (still only when necessary, lol), and I've already recommended them to people I care about. That should tell you everything. 10/10

Overall I've had an amazing experience with Dr Kella and his team. I have been a patient for 4-5 years, and have great results with both routine well visits as well as Invisilign treatments. I just finished the the Invisilign and couldn't be happier with the results. The entire process was painless, and the visits were very efficient due to Dr Kella's sharp decision making, procedural skill, and experience. In addition, the hygienists and assistants here are professional, meticulous and gentle. I would highly recommend this clinic for any type of dentistry need you may have. Great job team!

Because of the wonderful people at Lakeshore Dental I can say I love going to the dentist!!! Dr. Hagen listened to my concerns and past experiences and crafted a plan for me - everything was so simple and after my first appointment my anxiety was gone. No discomfort, no pain, and I am so happy to have my cavities filled! Everyone is so friendly and makes you comfortable the second you walk in, even the music is good. Thank you thank you thank you Dr. Hagen and the wonderful hygienists and office staff for helping me be comfortable at the dentist 🙂

The staff at Lakeshore Dental Studio are all extremely kind, welcoming, and pleasant to work with! The dentist is also extremely patient and takes his time to carefully explain all information, treatment options, and seems to really care about the patient’s experience and comfort throughout the dental process.
