I got ortho treatment from Dr. Li and Dr. Yang did my dental implant, both at Dentart. They are a very professional team, and both procedures were very successful. Communication is very clear and easy. I am very satisfied with the results and my smile.

I did my wisdom teeth extraction with Dr James. It was quick and clean, and the recovery is a lot easier and faster than I think. Staffs are friendly and helpful as well. Great experience!

I started going to DentArt Chicago a couple years ago for Invisalign, dental implant, and crown replacement as well as for my routine dental services. Dr. Yang, Dr. Jeanne, Dr. Li, and the entire staff are kind, professional, and pay great attention to detail with regards to the work being done. They are thorough and have been great at helping working around my busy schedule. My father also went here to replace his dentures and Dr. Yang did an amazing job with his dentures as he is finally able to eat food normally again! Would highly recommend!

The team did a wonderful job with an emergency dental repair of my front tooth that had completely broken off. I was able to get an appointment on the same day. The tooth looks good as new. The whole team was very kind and professional and they stayed late to help with my emergency. Thank you!

Terrible Dental Experience! I’ve been a patient at Dentart for many years, even referring my parents, relatives, and friends from other dental clinics. However, my experience has plummeted since last year. First, my personal experience: I was charged for a cleaning that included a doctor’s exam. Dr. Yang took a quick glance, said everything was fine, and seemed in a hurry to see the next patient. I mentioned that one tooth felt sore after cleaning, and only then did she check the X-ray and found a crack. She said the tooth needed a filling. I asked if the filling would fall out since it’s on a functional cusp, and she suggested a crown. I said I didn’t want a crown because I’d have to be careful eating. She said she’d come up with a better plan and scheduled a video meeting for one evening. I received multiple reminders, but Dr. Yang never showed up at 6:00 PM. I called and texted, but got no response—no reply the next day or even the following week. Now my tooth is hurting. Can I question that she delayed my treatment? Dr. Yang is even the clinic owner, and this is her work style. I seriously doubt the attitude of the other dentists. Then there’s my mother’s experience: a simple cleaning, and water from her mouth ran down her shoulder with no assistant to suction it properly. After my mother reminded her, she just put a paper towel on her shoulder and nose area and continued cleaning—water still kept flowing. My mother stopped the cleaning because her clothes, even her bra straps, were soaked. She came for a cleaning, not a shower! Truly a horrific experience! I plan to file a complaint with the IL State Dental Board & IDFPR against this clinic. PS：The front desk staff is great, but it’s really a pity she has to work at a place like this.

I like Dr. luan and had very good experience for my first 2 visits with him. But I was upset today, I accepted their suggestions to see Dr. Yang because Dr. Luan was not in and it was just a follow up appointment. My appointment was at 1:20pm, when it was 20 min passed, I asked for the estimated time to be seen, I was told another 10-15 min because the patient before me just went in. The 2:10ish, they took me in room and said I was next…Dr. Yang didn’t come until 2:25ish…no greetings, straight to check my teeth…went to see another patient while I was taking my X-ray…then I was there waiting again. Her assistance kept apologizing for keeping me so long but I felt like it wasn’t a thing to Dr. Yang. Everyone’s time is valuable. Not going back to this place if they can’t keep up with their appointment time.

I recently completed a root canal treatment and crown here, and my experience was excellent. The three doctors shown in the photo worked together on my care, and they were all incredibly professional and attentive. They explained each step clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated their teamwork and care, and I would highly recommend this clinic.
