Dental Dreams-North Ave

I've been there 3 times recently. When you go into the office they tell you they open at 8am, online it says 9am, and the sign on the door says 10am. Why hasn't that been updated? The Dentist isn't very friendly and seems to be bothered whenever you ask her questions. I feel like she never fully explains everything and if you ask her to elaborate she really doesn't. The staff is normally nice but today I waited outside for over 45 minutes because they had "technical difficulties" and unable to open at 8am. Nevermind that three of the employees saw me and another lady standing outside, at various times in the cold waiting and NEVER acknowledged us or let us know what was going on. I let the receptionist know and she gave me the number to corporate but she didn't seem very empathetic or apologetic. That was extremely unprofessional of them. The only reason I continue going there is because it's walking distance from my home and they accept my insurance. Otherwise, I'd go elsewhere and suggest you do the same.

My doctor did her job and I appreciate her. I went in 8 months ago for a cleaning, and asked about my front teeth discoloration. She gave advise, as she was leaving the clinic for whateverreasons. After she returned 6 months later, she remembered me and we moved forward with the original plan. I am NOW smiling with confidence, with my head held high. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!! 😊

The staff is very pleasant and professional. But in my opinion, THE DENTIST should be the one who mold your mouth for your partial, the dental assistant did a horrible molding job on mines, The dentist has had to shave them twice well "adjusting" as she stated, to stop cutting into my gums. Hoping, I can go else where to get a new pair.

I came in they were very nice The doctor did wat she needed to do and I was very satisfied I had a deep cleaning done as well as wisdom tooth being pulled I have no complaints at all and I will be going back.

Staff was friendly & welcoming helped with any questions I had. My dentist Dr. was a nice person. Came in for a regular cleaning, felt she did an average job nothing to boost about. Did what I needed done.

Over novacained me, bleed for over a hour. Did a deep cleaning when I was only supposed to get a routine cleaning. Only good thing was the staff is nice. Not returning.

This place is so unprofessional and only deals with their own kind I came in with extreme toothache and was told there’s nothing they can do cause she doesn’t see anything wrong that would cause me any pain just gave me a referral for another dentist to do a job that they got paid for that they didn’t do I’ll be contacting my insurance to let them know this place is a joke and the dentist only looked at my tooth and handed me a referral. Never again will I come here this place needs to be shut down 3/4 patients a month but they act like they’re so busy only deal with they kind!!
