I have been coming to Allure Dental for a few years and have only had great experiences! I have my cleanings, dental work and Invisalign done here. The front staff are super friendly, accommodating and make scheduling smooth. I’ve had work done by both Dr. Yousef and Dr. Bader and they both have informative and direct approaches. I have never felt them push work on me, only show me issues going on (via camera) and leave it up to me to decide what to move forward with. I believe they have fair pricing and work with you on it. Highly recommend coming here!

I am beyond disturbed by our experience with this dentist, and I would never recommend him—especially for children. This dentist lied directly to my 10-year-old child’s face. He repeatedly denied that she would be receiving a shot, even while holding the needle in his hand. He told her she was getting a "seal," when in reality the procedure was a filling. It wasn’t until I confronted him with the written list of procedures that he finally admitted what was actually being done. Because he lies to children, he also lies to parents. By intentionally misrepresenting procedures, this dentist does not obtain informed consent. Neither my child nor I was given truthful explanations about what was being performed, which is both unethical and unacceptable in healthcare, especially pediatric care. While my child was in the bathroom, he told me—casually and unapologetically—that he lies to children on purpose because he believes it helps with dental anxiety. That is not anxiety management; it is deception and a violation of trust between provider, patient, and parent. During the procedure, when my child was clearly in pain, he shamed her instead of supporting her, making dismissive comments such as: "It’s not that bad." "You did better last time." "It was not that hard." This behavior is completely inappropriate toward a child and demonstrates a profound lack of empathy and professionalism. As if that weren’t enough, he also attempted to overbill a CPT code totaling $285 for a procedure that was never performed. When I questioned it, the charge was immediately removed—raising serious concerns about billing integrity. This experience was traumatizing for my child and deeply alarming as a parent. Pediatric patients deserve honesty, compassion, and informed consent—not lies, minimization of pain, and questionable billing practices. This dentist failed on every level. Avoid this office. Your child’s trust, safety, and your right to informed consent are not respected here. UPDATE: The reply was disappointing but expected, and it seemed to be an attempt to gaslight or reframe what really happened. Notice, they did not deny anything from my original review actually happened. My child is double digits, and she understands when she is being lied to, especially when she had the procedure before. Using child-friendly language is not the issue here. Denying that a shot was being given while holding a needle, misrepresenting a filling as a seal, and stating to a parent that you intentionally lie to children goes beyond behavior guidance and constitutes misrepresentation. A signed treatment plan does not equal informed consent when procedures are verbally misrepresented to both the child and the parent at the chairside. Prior visits do not justify a lack of honesty, and minimizing a child’s pain or comparing her performance to past visits is inappropriate regardless of intent. Additionally, a charge for a procedure that was not performed appeared on the bill and was removed only after being questioned, which raises legitimate billing concerns. This was not a matter of communication style or preference, but of honesty, informed consent, appropriate pediatric care, and accurate billing.

I’m pretty nervous about going to the dentist so when I had some tooth pain I had to get checked out, naturally I procrastinated. But Dr. Yousef and the team at Allure were fantastic. They were kind, sensitive to my anxiety, and helpful. I needed a deep cleaning, which requires novocaine, and they made the entire process as easy as one could hope. I’ll absolutely choose them in the future for any dental needs

I spent the past five years in pain due to a suspected cracked tooth and I came to this office hoping for diagnostic help. Instead of investigating the cause of pain, Dr. Al Yousef dismissed my concerns and aggressively pushed for a simple crown and was reluctant to refer me to a specialist. I had to literally insist on a referral. The endodontist immediately diagnosed a cracked tooth requiring an urgent root canal. If I had followed Dr. Al Yousef's advice for only a crown, I would have lost my tooth. I strongly caution patients to seek a second opinion here. Dr. Al Yousef's diagnostic process almost cost me my tooth and demonstrates a concerning priority that can be seen in other reviews. This practice needs to prioritize patient health and safety over treatment volume. A practice that dismisses serious patient concerns and pushes incorrect, expensive treatment is a danger to patient health and truly unacceptable. UPDATE: RESPONSE TO BUSINESS The undisputed fact remains: If I had followed Dr. Al Yousef's advice for only a crown, I would have lost my tooth. Your public reply attempts to mislead prospective patients and evade accountability by suggesting my condition only 'progressed' later. This is false; the Endodontist immediately diagnosed a cracked tooth requiring urgent treatment. Your priority in this response is damage control, not patient safety. My negative review stands as a warning to other patients. Happy Holidays 🙂

I’m very disappointed after being taken advantage of at this office. First of all, I was not given all the options for treatment, & ultimately was pressured into a procedure I didn’t need that was much pricier than other options. Additionally, this procedure was not helpful for my issue and I am more uncomfortable now than I was before. I will likely need to lose my tooth altogether now. Also due to it being a bigger procedure than necessary, insurance doesn’t cover it; it’s considered optional and not medically necessary. To top it all off… and the part that I’m angriest about because it is shady business practice - They led me to believe that they were in network with my dental insurance. They have even "up-talked" my coverage. They claim they ran my insurance and that not only was my procedure expected to have coverage, but also I am covered for up to 4 cleanings per year now with my new plan. I’m so glad I found out from my insurance ahead of these extra appointments that this dentist is out of network. Otherwise , I wouldn’t be covered at all for those additional services. I had been going to this office since before it was called Allure. Before it was purchased by shady profiteers… I will not be going back & now I need to find a new provider that I can trust
