I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Silver and the entire team at Westgate Dental Clinic. My three stepdaughters have been receiving care here for the past few years, and every visit has been exceptional from start to finish. Dr. Silver and his team of skilled dental assistants are fantastic—always warm, gentle, and attentive to the girls’ needs. When additional treatment is needed, they take the time to clearly explain the process and provide transparent estimates, outlining what our insurance will cover and what our out-of-pocket costs will be. The front office team is equally impressive: organized, friendly, and efficient. Scheduling is a breeze and they’re always ready to help with any questions—especially when it comes to insurance or billing. Finding a dental office that teens are willing to visit is rare, but Westgate Dental Clinic is exactly that. We’re so grateful for the compassionate, high-quality care our family consistently receives.

I always receive excellent service here. Dr. Silver has always done exceptional work and never pushes any procedures on you. He helps inform you about your best course of action, but ultimately leaves it up to you. The hygienists here are also very professional and friendly.

Where do I even begin? I lived in Cheyenne years ago. I had Dr Benji and I just loved him. He was incredible. When we moved back, I knew he was gone but figured the practice was still there, and I really liked it before. It is totally different. It's awful. First, I scheduled my appointment in September last year. I was ON IT. I called to see if I could switch with my husband due to time constraints and they told me my appointment had been canceled. No one had called but they insisted they did. They said they'd get back to me and surprise, they never did. I had to follow up, they had to squeeze another appointment in. At my appointment I waited 48 mins for the dentist to come in, look and go yeap, you look good. Then the dental hygienist was 20 mins late. But that was not the worst part. It was the TEN MINUTE CLEANING I received. I asked her, are you seriously done? She said oh, yea you take great care of your teeth. I went to the front desk and told the I have never in my life received a 10 minute cleaning. So, to recap. The front desk canceled my appointment, said they'd follow up and never did, my appointment was 2 hours and I was seen by a practitioner for 22 mins TOTAL. The dentist, Dr. Silver, over schedules himself. It's so sad what this became. It was such a great place before.

My 5 year old son had been going to Westgate Dental for awhile. At his recent check up, he was given a new dentist, Dr. Matthews. It had only been a few months since his last checkup with Westgate. The new dentist told us he had 6 new cavities and would require a root canal or full removal of a tooth, multiple caps, fillings and such extensive dental work that he would require surgery and to be put under for the procedure. We were shocked, as his check up mere months earlier had mentioned no such issues. Questioning the differentiation, we were told he may have a auto-immune disorder or some other systemic issues causing it. Terrified, we got a second, and third opinion. Neither other dentist found any such problems, and he had a single cavity filled without issue at a different dentist, with no mention of these "major" issues. Beware.
