First Steps Pediatric Dentistry

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with First Steps. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The hygienist was able to expertly manage all 3 of my children at once. She was skilled and excellent with the kids. Dr. Bullock was kind, knowledgeable, and informative. Dr. Binding is also wonderful. Such a great team. My 10 year old actually raved about how much she enjoyed the visit. I thought taking a 10, 2, and 1 year old to the dentist would be stressful, but this amazing team made it easy and stress-free.

Our oldest has level 2 autism, very nervous about it- his first dentist appointment! And the staff was incredible. They took the time to be patient, explain things to him, and even worked around his running commentary on the Star Wars show he was watching. Highly recommend. Great care and bed side manner.

Dr. Bullock and the team over at First Steps are nothing short of exceptional. They provide a seamless, professional experience from the moment you step through their doors, to the moment your teeth are MUCH cleaner than when you arrived 😀 They’ve got a LEGO theme (rad.!) and have incredibly friendly front desk staff. Clean, comfortable, and all around 5 star establishment. Thank you Dr. Bullock and everyone over at First Steps for providing such a fantastic pediatric dentistry practice for Cheyenne and our surrounding areas.

I cannot give enough praise for this dentistry clinic. 5 stars doesn’t even get close. We have now seen both Dr. Binding and Dr. Bullock and both have provided EXCEPTIONAL care to my 7 year old son. We came in for a second opinion from Smile Academy and I will never look back. Dr. Binding was so gentle and so nurturing that it did not frighten my son. Dr. Bullock has taken care of the treatment my son has needed and the only word I have for him is phenomenal. He truly went above and beyond his job to make my son feel at ease. They got to talking about Minecraft and trust me when I say, my son was immediately more relaxed. Both Binding and Bullock are super knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain treatments plans as well as explain their steps to my kiddo as they worked. I am so happy I made the switch! Oh! And the front office gal was super nice as well as the techs! It takes a villiage!

My little one has extremely bad dental anxiety, at her old dental location it would be hard to even do her cleaning. Her first visit here she did amazingly well! I was so surprised at how calm she was with the staff & dentist. They explained each tool they used and let her feel them so she’d have a better understanding of what they’re doing. I couldn’t be more appreciative of them & their patience. My teen was also seen and did amazing. So happy we found this gem! I recommend this dental office to everyone!

Absolutely amazing staff. Extremely knowledgable drs. My kiddo fell and broke a tooth and they got him in within a few hours to check the tooth. They do a wonderful job making it a fun experience for the kiddos and taking an of the nervousness away. They make sure to thoroughly explain things to me and to my kids at an age appropriate level. We are very happy to have found them!

Best pediatric dentistry in town. Dr. Bullock is so kind and has a great bed side manner for patients who are nervous at the Dentist.
