I’ve been going to Dr Lee for over 20 years. She knows what she’s doing and takes the time to understand you and what works best. Her staff is amazing and so kind and comforting. I really don’t like dentists in general, but I trust Dr Lee and her staff and I’ll keep coming back for them!

My first appointment went well, but my second visit was very disappointing. After checking in, I sat in the waiting room for about 20 minutes before the dentist asked the receptionist to call me—while I was still sitting there. I answered the call and the receptionist seemed extremely confused. Prior to my appointment, I informed the office that I had new dental insurance and responded to their text confirming this. When I checked in, no one asked to verify or update my insurance. While I understand I could have verbally restated it, I assumed the information was already noted. The hygienist who did my cleaning was wonderful—very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the issues started again at checkout. I was suddenly told I had an outstanding balance, even though nothing had been mentioned beforehand. I never received a bill from the office or my insurance, and when I paid, the receipt did not specify what the charge was for. I was told I had to pay before leaving, which felt very overwhelming, so I paid without clear explanation. Because I never received documentation stating what I was charged for, I disputed the transaction with my bank. In response, whoever handles their claims sent my entire medical chart—including medications and medical diagnoses—to my credit card company without my authorization. This was extremely upsetting and, to my understanding, a HIPAA violation. Additionally, the dentist commented that my insurance "wasn’t good" and suggested I choose a better one next time, which is not an option with my employer. Lastly, I noticed responses to other reviews where staff mention patients’ procedures and details publicly, which again raises serious privacy concerns. Overall, due to the lack of communication, billing transparency, and privacy issues, I will be switching dentists.

Dr. Lee is a very compassionate and caring Dentist. I have disabilities and mental health issues and she always makes me feel at ease. The whole staff is incredible also. Candice is the most wonderful person. She works at the front desk. Please if you are looking for a dentist call Dr. Lee. She works very well with people with disabilities and I couldn't imagine going to any Dentist besides Dr. Kessy Lee. Thank you for everything you do!!

Been coming here for a few years. Happy with the service. Just got Invisalign, it had immediate results of increasing sleep quality and reduced neck pain. They mentioned it might help with neck pain but I was not expecting it to work in the first few days.

Dr. Lee has helped me make the best decisions about my dental HEALTH, APPEARANCE, FEEL, and FUNCTION over the past several years. She is always thinking 20 years ahead of her patients. And her dedication to using the latest and best technology speaks for itself. ☑️

Dr Lee has been taking care of my family for years. She is one of the most kind and compassionate doctors I have ever met. Dr Lee and her team are excellent. I needed to have major work done on *basically* my entire mouth. From the first moment, it was clear that once Dr Lee started the work, my teeth were no longer only mine. They also belonged to her, but she let me take them home on a daily basis! She was exceedingly professional, but what separates her from others is her ownership of her work, and her follow-up insistence (in a non-bullying way) of care and maintenance. Once the procedures were done, she continued to follow up on care to make sure I only needed to come in for cleaning. And for sure, she would let me know where I could do better. Her staff was always professional, courteous, and with more than a little sense of humor which makes the time move faster in her shop. It goes without saying that her facility is in top condition, clean, and you will have no concerns other than your mouth and the level of co-ownership (in a good way) that Dr Lee takes on. If you are worried about Dentists and pain, Dr Lee is an empathic dentist. She is very careful and meticulous. She doesn't do the Steve Martin Little Shop of Horrors routine. If anything, she is the opposite. She also talks you through her work. Every step she lets you know what she is doing and why. There were times I felt I could go for a DDS degree myself after being in her chair. This points to the level of pride, professionalism, and again... ownership that Dr Lee exudes and delivers. I have been so impressed that now my wife and my teenage son count Dr Lee and her team as co-owners of the teeth we take home each night. I give her and her team 5 out of 5 stars and highly recommend. And btw, after the work is done, she follows up with you to see how things are going and if any adjustments are needed. True ownership, which is great!
