The best dentist! The staff is incredibly welcoming and makes you feel completely at ease. The environment feels safe and comfortable, and as a bonus, they even have dogs there! After having some not-so-great experiences with other dentists, finding this office has been such a relief.

I was disappointed with my treatment at this practice. Dr. Kardon pulled my teeth and didn’t have my partial ready so she had the nerve to put the teeth that she pulled back in my mouth with wiring but of course it didn’t stay. Also when my partial arrived she shaved it down to fit my gums because it was uncomfortable but that was a disaster too because once my gums healed the partial was lower than my teeth which caused my bottom row of teeth to push against the top row now causing them to shift outwards. I will never return to this office. Yes the staff and Dr. Kardon are very nice but this was a traumatic and embarrassing experience.

Everyone here is AMAZING. I knew I made the right choice when I called the make an appointment and the front desk staff was so accommodating and friendly. Then from there my experience only went up. I had no wait time and was promptly taken back. My hygienist thoroughly cleaned my teeth and educated me in a way that wasn't discouraging. Dr. Kardon came in and explained EVERY THING TO ME in a personable way and made me feel at ease. I need more dental work done and because of the phenomenal staff here I know I'll be in good hands.

What an amazing team at TLC! For years I had such fear of any dental work, and avoided it completely until an issue simply needed to be addressed. I've been a patient at TLC for a number of years now, and thanks to the caring staff and great concern for patient comfort, I can now sit calmly in the chair and have MUCH better dental health. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Kardon and her amazing staff, and I can't recommend them highly enough. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental visits, largely due to some traumatic experiences in the past. However, when I found myself with a broken tooth, I called their office on a friend's recommendation. They were incredibly accommodating and fit me in for an emergency appointment the same day. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, which significantly eased my anxiety. Best of all, the procedure itself was completely pain-free. I truly can't imagine going to another dentist now. Dr. Kardon and her team have completely transformed my outlook on dental care. Seriously, the best of the best! Professional staff, warm, friendly, and inviting. Dr Kardon is the best dentist hands-down. if you want to go to a dental practice where you’re treated like family, and all of your needs are met, and exceeded - then go to TLC DENTAL!

This place is dirty and the front desk staff is not pleasant to deal with. The actual work in the chair is fine (the hygienist staff were all fine, some better than others, but none downright terrible) and Dr Kardon is probably the most pleasant person in that office to deal with, so I don't have a problem with that. And Dr Kardon being pleasant to deal with made me not write this review, initially. But her staff/pricing/policies just put me over the top. For one, the billing staff would send stuff to insurance even when I paid cash and then when I didn't have dental insurance anymore they charged $340 for a normal cleaning, no xrays. I confirmed this was not a mistake both at the time and the next day with Dr Kardon. I paid $240 and left, this was back in July. They are still calling me over the extra $100 and sending it to collections. They only told me about their 399 plan (which is still not really that competitive) AFTER I had paid the $240 which the front desk lady also claimed was some sort of deal. Either way, I was not going to write this review after the bad experience in July but since they are still calling me about it, I should let other people know not to deal with this dental office.
