The staff here are great! They really took care of me and made sure I was informed every step of the way. Not to mention they're great personality I was thoroughly enjoying myself during my visit. High key recommended

The wait was very disappointing. My appointment was at 5:30pm and I was seen an hour and a half later. I arrived at 4:45pm and wasn't seen until 6:45pm. The dentist there for the day made a negative comment regarding my teeth but the other staff members were actually very nice and caring. The dentist there was pregnant and I am hoping she is not the permanent doctor. Yes, the reviews are true, you will be offered financing options for service not covered by your insurance.

I was seen by some really friendly and professional people that made me feel very comfortable. I haven’t been to the dentist in a while and they took care of my needs in a prompt fashion. I got my X-rays and thorough consultation. I was also given a payment plan that was really important, since I am on a budget and in need of lots of dental care. I asked lots of questions and they were able to answer them for me. I really like the staff!!

GET A SECOND OPINION!! My wife and I went here for my wife having urgent extreme dental pain over the weekend and this was the only dentist with emergency openings to see her. Our regular dentist is up north jersey and did not have any appointments available so we tried Aspen. At first everything seemed to have went well, the place is clean and looks nice , friendly staff …the usual. However they informed my wife that she had serious gum disease and needed an urgent deep cleaning with flushes etc and her cavity may need to be a root canal but they would know more once they go in it to fix it & needed to do a different xray of the tooth. Our quote was THOUSANDS of dollars and luckily we did not move forward because something did not feel right. My wife goes to the dentist often enough that we were very concerned as to how did she get gum disease so quickly and so advanced as they described. Also, The hygienist went as far to lecture her on how she has a top 3 issues for death that work together (gum disease, high blood pressure & diabetes) which scared the crap out of us. (Her diabetes and high blood pressure are well managed and have been for some time) The comment was unnecessary! Anyways …. We just came back from our usual Dentist and guess what?! NO GUM DISEASE! & NO ROOT CANAL !! her cavity is an easy fill that will cost less than 1,000 & they did a routine cleaning , they double checked and confirmed she does not have any gum disease! It’s so sad that you cannot trust these "professionals" especially when money is involved. If you have gone to this dentist please get a second opinion from somewhere else Worrying people and scamming them out their money is very sad and disgusting!

I had my first apoinyment at Aspen Dental on 1/28. The Dental Hygenist did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. They also provided me a temporary cap the same day. My next apointment they will put the cap on the tooth.

This place was outstanding! From the moment I walked through the door, the customer service was exceptional. Every staff member was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to introduce themselves while walking me through the entire process. I can honestly say this is the best dentist I’ve ever been to, and I actually look forward to my next appointment. Highly recommend!

First time here and I had a great experience from the moment I walked in until the time I left. Everyone from the front end receptionist, dental assistant, hygienist, financial manager and doctor were all great! Very professional with great bedside manners! Thank you all!
