Dr. Incampo helped remedy a major dental issue that was unfortunately caused by another dental professional just a few years ago, and the difference in care, expertise, and attention to detail was immediately clear. From the very first visit, Dr. Incampo took the time to thoroughly explain the situation, outline a clear plan, and make sure I felt confident and comfortable every step of the way. His skill, precision, and commitment to doing things the right way are truly exceptional. The results speak for themselves, and I am beyond grateful for the care I received. The entire Smile Design Charleston team is equally impressive—professional, welcoming, compassionate, and genuinely invested in their patients. I went to Smile Design of Charleston to have a previous root canal checked due to some pain. The original root canal was done by another dentist several years ago, and this was my first visit to the office. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this place was different—they truly treat you like family. I was welcomed by Haley, who is an absolute asset to her profession and represents the brand exceptionally well. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail immediately put me at ease. Dr. Incampo personally provided my treatment plan and took the time to walk me through everything in detail. He would not criticize another dentist’s work, which I respected greatly, but you could clearly tell he holds himself to very high standards of care. Every question I asked was answered thoughtfully, professionally, and with clear rationale behind his recommendations. As a small business owner myself, I don’t take trust lightly. At the end of the day, this is a small business run by good people who genuinely care about their patients. Because of that, this will absolutely be a long-term relationship for me and will be recommended to my circle of influence. I had issues with crowns and veneers on my upper front teeth. They were very old and wouldn't stay on. I found Dr.Incampo and his wonderful staff by pure luck, being new in Charleston. Melanie at the front desk got me in quickly. She's very friendly. Haley, the very capable and caring assistant got me comfortably situated. Once I met Dr. Incampo, I knew I had made the right choice in choosing this practice. He recommended treatment options and once I decided, I had a temporary bridge in place within days. It looks and feels 100% better than what I walked in with. And this is just the temp! I can't say enough about this practice. It's very nice to feel that the people taking care of me are truly happy that I'm there.

Dr. Incampo and Haley and the front staff are super nice. They really put the ‘care’ in ‘dental care’. I had 2 very bad toothache issues and called another dental office in town before calling Smile Design. The other dental office I called said it would cost around $350 for the appt, X-rays and consultation and that they could only see me in 6 days from now even though I’m in pain! 😬 But then I called Smile Design and they saw me in 2 hours! 😁. I got X-rays and the doctor’s consultation for $89. It’s so amazing and relieving to get such great treatment urgently when I need it! Dr. Incampo is very professional and courteous. We talked about plans for restoring my teeth and he was very helpful in telling me about the strategy, process and answered any questions I had very professionally. Driving from Isle of Palms, It was my first visit so there’s still a road to recovery forward but I’m excited to get their expertise and help restore my teeth and confidence in smiling again!
