Always nice and prompt. Awesome team. Very forthcoming and honest. Been coming for a few years and they continue to be meticulous. They know my aversion to the dentist and accommodate that. Also made a note in my file about this so attention to detail is impeccable.

So glad I've been introduced to this practice. This dental experience was the best I can ever recall having and I was getting a molar extracted of all things. All the staff are kind and friendly, it was a warm and inviting atmosphere, everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. First time ppw was quick and easy, I was called back within moments of completing that info. The dentist was in the room within moments of me sitting down. He was thorough, gentle, and well prepared, plus he and his assistant both have a great sense of humor and impeccable bedside manner. I am definitely going to recommend this place to everyone from now on.

Best dentist experience of my life! Ha! New to the area and needed to get established. My hygienist, Jenny, was so mellow and kind and gentle. Super important to me as I'm sensitive in every way - noise, touch, pain, etc. The doctor was very nice, asked me questions about my move here, etc. Everyone was so personable and welcoming. I was comfortable right away and was happy to be giving my business to such a great practice. Bring your teeth to these people. 😁

Setting up the appointment and the process of checking in, confirming insurance, etc., was very smooth. Everyone at the practice was professional and kind, and the appointment started on time. They have a very nice, clean facility. The hygienist (Jackie) was exceptionally considerate of my comfort, was thorough and informative, and provided a pain-free experience. I highly recommend this practice.

I was seen at the West Ashley location off of Savage Rd. They have an awesome team of staff. Friendly, polite, and will answer any questions you have. My last three visits have been great. I had extensive cleaning on my gums back in December 2025. Today, January 5, 2026, I had two fillings. No pain at all during it. They asked if I had issues with numbing beforehand. I was comfortable the whole time. I enjoy going to the dentist. I highly recommend I your looking for a good dentist.

Dr. Bensch and his assistant,Lindsey, were so caring and professional, as well as alleviating my anxiety and diagnosing the problem quickly. I can’t say enough good things about Plantation Dental. Our family of four have been going for years. Today, my daughter cracked her tooth. Dr. Bensch was AWESOME. He saw us right away. He made my daughter feel comfortable during the procedure. The staff is always friendly and accommodating.
