Thanks for taking care of me! I am one of those people who is a nervous reck coming in the office but as soon Sheena ask me if I wanted a warm blanket I was good to go. Dr. Poston has been helping me maintain keeping my teeth healthy for number of years so that I don’t have to worry so much! I am dreaming about surfing somewhere in New Zealand.

Dear Dr. Wade, I wanted to send a sincere thank you for the time you spent with me during my consultation this morning. I learned a great deal about my dental health, and I truly appreciated how thorough and transparent you were throughout the process. Your office is top-notch, and the care was exceptional. I will certainly recommend your services to anyone looking for a great periodontist in Charleston in the future.

My daughter was referred here by her board-certified, nearby, & pricey Orthodontist, who's practice was hand-picked by her Mother (also a patient at the same clinic). Upon arriving to her first procedure where she was go be "put under anesthesia" - she was anxious, which was to be expected. I called & notified the office staff of her nerves, which are always going to be a major concern for me, her mother (a Guillain-Barre Patient who takes nerves seriously). Upon being placed in a room, I found the nurse to be highly chatty, there was a big personal drinking cup with a Skull on the counter, AND the Anesthesiologist had the gall to mention to my daughter that he 'didn't care about mom's opinion' which altogether did NOT ease either myself nor my daughter into the procedure properly, Period. If I didn't understand my own rights as a patient, I wouldn't have been so outraged about this "standard" procedure. I've cooled down enough to write this review without my body shaking. In essence, we will not be returning to this practice or trusting 'google reviews' or 'board-certified' ever again without cross-referencing Consumer Reports. Ain't Nobody Got Time For That!

I unconditionally recommend this practice. Dr. Laro was wonderful. He was very thorough, kind, and took the time to patiently explain everything and answer my questions. His assistant and office staff were equally friendly and accommodating. I felt well cared for from start to finish.

Excellent service. Amazing staff. Super friendly. I was referred from my Mt Pleasant dentist and at first was thinking there must be someone closer that can do the same thing, but after having work done I would have traveled 3 times the distance just to see the staff and my doctor here. By the time all my work was done, it felt like it was family that was doing the work for me. You can tell they actually care about you and your health. After a procedure my doctor called me to around 8:00 to check upon how I was doing. I know he has family and for him to stop and call me to make sure I was doing good was totally refreshing and something i was not used to from any service provider. Highly recommend them to anyone needing dental care. Thanks again for all you have done for me. You truly have changed my life for the better. Stephen Keen.

Dr Laro is fantastic! He is so great technically and at the same time is so wonderfully connective with patients. This combination makes for a much more relaxing experience during treatments.

Rachel was great! Very gentle and thorough with my teeth cleaning. I loved the addition of the laser tool to eradicate germs at base of my gums.
