Cannon Park Dental - Dr. James Myers

The staff were so welcoming and accommodating even when I was 10 minutes late for my appointment , they took me in. I live in Florida so when I'm in Charleston with a dental problem, Dr.Myers is the one I go to. He's competent, knowledgeable, loves his patients, committed to provide excellent care for his patients. He works fast, knows what he's doing, and gives correct plan and management of my tooth issue. I would gladly recommend him to anyone 100% without a shadow of doubt. He's the best there is! Believe me, I had worked in the medical and nursing field for 33 years and I know one when I see one. I thank God for him, for taking such good care of my dental health.

Linda is awesome at the reception! She is always very welcoming and sends reminders for my appointments. Amy did a great job cleaning my teeth. She kept checking in to make sure I wasn’t having any sensitivity and she was careful around sensitive areas. At one point I almost fell asleep while she was cleaning. Dr. Jay is the best! I highly recommend this team!!

Cannon Park Dental is the best family dentist we’ve ever had. Dr Myers and his staff are great with our kids and it is so convenient to have everyone in the family going to the same dentist. Dr Myers is the most skillful dentist I’ve ever seen when it comes to numbing. He’s like a magician. I never even felt the needle and I was nodding off during a filling. If you are sensitive to dental pain, this is the place.

I've been going to Dr. Myers for about 5 years. He is great. His staff is professional, but FUN. I actually don't dread the dentist! Linda in the front office is my absolute favorite person and she can never retire. (Hi, Linda!). If you want a great dentist with an old fashioned feel, this is your place.

Today was my 1st time visiting Cannon Park Dental. Justine Close spend time working on my cleaning, xrays, etc. I was surprise with the time that she spend explaining and cleaning. I felt very comfortable and relax with the way she treated me. The place is clean. They were on time. Dr. Myers and the whole staff were very friendly and professional. I live in downtown Charleston and will recommend this place as my #1 ever place to go.

I had such a great experience with Dr. Myers and his team! I came in with a chipped tooth and was a little nervous, but Dr. Myers did an incredible job fixing it, it looks and feels perfect now!! He explained everything clearly and made the whole process really comfortable. Also, a huge shoutout to Ms. Linda at the front desk! She was so kind and helpful from the moment I walked in. It’s always nice to be greeted by someone so friendly and welcoming. I’ve been going to Cannon Park Dental since I moved to Charleston last year, and I can’t recommend them enough! The entire team is friendly, professional, and truly cares about their patients. The hygienist always gives a thorough yet efficient cleaning and offers great recommendations to keep my teeth in top shape. I also appreciate that the doctor stops by during each visit to check everything over and say hello—it’s a small touch that makes a big difference. Best of all, they don’t push unnecessary services like some other dentists I’ve been to in the past. They are also very transparent with any potential out of pocket costs not covered by insurance. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and welcoming dental office, this is the place to go! Highly recommend!
