This is the best dental experience I have had in quite a while. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. If you are looking for a new dental practice Chandler Dental is worth checking out!

I rarely write reviews, but our experience with Chandler Dental has been alarming enough that I feel compelled to warn others, especially parents who are transitioning from Chandler Pediatric Dental. We transferred our son here after he aged out of the wonderful Chandler Pediatric Dental. For the first 14 years of his life, our son had zero cavities. He has impeccable oral hygiene—brushing, flossing, and using a Waterpik twice a day. He usually drinks only water and will occasionally have milk or juice with a meal. He maintained this cavity-free record even through two years of orthodontics. Yet, immediately upon transferring to Chandler Dental as a young teen, with absolutely zero changes to his diet or care routine, he was suddenly diagnosed with multiple cavities (can't recall the actual amount but it was 4-7). Like fools, we paid to have every one of those cavities filled. Now at the age of 17, with the same oral care regimen and diet, he's been diagnosed with additional cavities. It feels like a complete scam. It seems this office preys on the unsuspecting, eager to bill insurance or take cash for "phantom cavity" fillings. The final straw, however, was their complete lack of professional communication. They canceled our Monday appointment via email in the middle of the day on the Friday prior. When I called to ask why, they claimed they had texted me the day before (I am opted out of texts, so they told me that's why I never received it) and that they had called me. My phone records show zero missed calls and zero voicemails from them. Because I didn't respond to a vague text I never received within 24 hours, they canceled an appointment we scheduled six months ago and had arranged time off work to attend. This office is clearly focused on volume and turnover rather than genuine, high-caliber patient care. If you value honest diagnoses and actual human communication, take your business elsewhere. We certainly will be.

As someone who is completely terrified of the dentist Dr. Lana Wong always makes you feel at ease. She is so sweet with a great sense of humor and her staff is so friendly. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars. I have been seeing her for 13 years now and she is the absolute best. She is super gentle and always has your best interest in mind.

My daughter and I have been seeing Dr. Lana for at least 6 years; so long, now, it feels like she's more part of our family than our dentist! Not only is Dr. Lana a fabulous dentist, she is very personable and takes an interest in her patients, and has a long, keen memory! She's very much the friendliest dentist I've ever seen, and I always recommend her to my friends and family (and they go, they stay, and they tell me how happy they are with my recommendation!). Her new office is beautiful with a cool industrial feel and comfy furniture, and there are TVs on the ceiling to distract you if you need them. Families are welcome, and Dr. Lana is very good with kids; my daughter adores her and can't wait to go visit when it's time for her cleanings! Claudia is a fabulous dental assistant, and though she is very busy, she takes the extra time to make sure you are comfortable, from x-rays to polishing your teeth. You really can't go wrong choosing Dr. Lana for your dental needs. 🙂

I've been going to Dr. Wong for many years now, and would follow her anywhere! She really helped me get my oral hygiene under control. She is upfront and honest, as her profession requires, and she truly cares about your health first and foremost! I love that fact that she is there to take care of me and not "up-sell" me on things I really don't need. Betsy is awesome as well, and the 2 of them work together like they can read each others' minds! You will be hard pressed to find a higher quality, more dedicated dentist!

Dr. Lana Wong is amazing. I went years in-between visiting a dentist because of several uncomfortable and painful past experiences. I have had extensive dental work just this past week and Dr. Wong worked with me in regards to the time I was available, she is gentle, and my entire experience was pain free. I am now on my way to a beautiful new smile. My confidence has improved in just 3 visits. I highly recommend Dr. Lana Wong DDS.
