I had such a wonderful experience here. He made sure I had a completely pain-free experience and took the time to walk me through every step of the process, which really helped me feel comfortable and at ease. He was kind, patient, and genuinely caring. The entire team was friendly and professional, and I felt very well taken care of. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist who truly puts their patients first.

The emergency clerk (Austin) and emergency doctor were very welcoming. They were very thorough when explaining the procedure details as well as the payment plan details. The price for everything was reasonable and affordable. I greatly appreciate their help and attentativeness towards me and my fiance's emergency. I would definitely come back if I have another emergency

I noticed on Google that Shakoor Dental was listed as open 24 hours, so I figured I’d give them a call. Not only did someone answer—but it was the dentist himself! How often do you see that? Dr. Shakoor took the time, late in the evening, to actually listen to me and even asked thoughtful questions. I didn’t realize it at the time, but that call told me everything I needed to know about this office: they genuinely put people first. From the moment I walked in, every member of the staff was kind, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Shakoor doesn’t just "do dentistry"—he teaches, explains, and makes sure you understand the process and the why behind it. His bedside manner is outstanding. I’ve been to other dental offices that were fine, but this one felt completely different. Here, I truly felt like they cared about me, not just about completing another appointment. I saw one negative review about price, but in my opinion, the level of care, honesty, and compassion you receive here is worth far more. Everyone else who’s actually been treated here seems to agree, and now I can completely understand why. If you’re looking for a dental office that puts people before profit and treats you like family—this is it.

Unfortunately, I did not have a pleasant experience with this dentist Shakoor. The bedside manner of this dentist was not pleasant. I read previous reviews before making an emergency appointment to see this dentist, thinking this dentist would ease my anxiety of having a tooth removed, but boy was I wrong. This dentist made my visit a total nightmare. He did not appear patient-friendly, he was rude, seemed to be in a hurry, with no personal attention to the patient's needs.
