Affordable Dentures & Implants

I have had the pleasure of doing business with Champaign Illinois office. Everything is a 5 out of 5 except….the receptionist there is always rude to middle aged women. I’ve witnessed and I have been treated in this manner more than once. This isn’t the type of place for attention seeking behavior or to cause dramatic experiences for those seeking services for their health and wellbeing. Make this an experience to put customers of all ages and genders at ease. I hope this woman gets the help she needs to become a better person!

Dr was nice and very good at what he does. Had to have 2 teeth removed and didn't feel any pain even when he said I would prob feel some. Very professional and very accommodating. I will be doing all my dental care here in the future!

Super nice! They answered all my questions and helped ease my apprehension about the upcoming procedure. I only gave 4 stars because they aren't currently taking insurance but will be adding that soon. I am adding to my review and taking a star off. I had extractions and temporary denture done on August 1st. A follow up a few days later then another on August 21st where we scheduled another 2 month visit for October 16th. I recieved a confirmation email and text message the day prior and they said it was all set and confirmed. I drove from out of town, scheduled my clients around the appointment but when I got there, there was a sign on the door saying they were closed for staff training. I understand the need to close for staff training but I didn't even get a phone call asking to reschedule. I called before even leaving the parking lot and left a message but have not received a return call. As a business owner and previous manager of various places i find this to be unprofessional. I hope they get it together.

This Affirdable Dentures are the very best. To and for me, I was trained as a kid by my dad When we delivered groceries he said remember they are your pay check. Today, Affordable is superior in customer service and I'll be back and recommending others

I brought my mom here to get replacement dentures after hers were lost during a transport from and Urbana hospital to one in Bloomington. All of the workers there were very friendly and nice.Her tech Alice and the Doctor were very friendly and patient.

Went to check to see my dentures where still covered under my insurance because my dentures needed to be redone, surprisely enough I had exactly two days left on my policy and they truly honored it , the fact that I didn't know was my fault but they made completely sure to check it out for me and took care of me.. I have much respect for the professional service Thanks Affordable Dentures....

Difficult to get appointments for adjustments. Have to have repeated adjustments and still your mouth is tore up from ill-fitting denture. Please try anywhere else.Had to go without a bottom denture for a month while the Dentist was on vacation. They just closed the whole place down. No adjustments at all. Bottom denture broke just before shut down. When they replaced it was the wrong color
