Creative Smiles Dental Care

This is my first time here and I got to tell you the staff was wonderful. My dentist and hygienist were so knowledgeable. They made me feel so comfortable. They also looked at every possible way to help me achieve a better smile. Thanks Creative Smiles for being so caring.

Dr. Harris and his team were fabulous! Great customer service. They walked me each step of the procedures before they performed the work and reiterated during. It's been 24 hours and I don't feel like I need to go back to have the work adjusted. It was one of the best experiences I had going to the dentist. Thank you!

Dr. And assistant was very good. Dr. Harris took a lot of time with me and made sure I was comfortable. Id recommend him to friends. He tells you everything to expect and you can tell he truly cares.

I have been going to Creative smiles for years. Ever since my favorite dentist left that place it’s been downhill ever since. I took many steps to get an implant and I finally got it in mid November and yesterday (my birthday) the tooth fell out still attached to the screw. How the hell does that even happen??? Disappointing doesn’t even cover it. $5000 worth of shotty work and now I have to go through it ALL again. I can’t recommend this place anymore, don’t do it.

The staff is nice and listens to my concerns. That being said, I have been very disappointed with the staff turnover. Everyone (from Beth at the desk to the dentist) is new to me and I do miss the familiarity and comfort of the staff that I have known for many years. Concerned about the turnover.

Made appointment waited 3 weeks office txt me doctor won't be in this week. I received medication from. My heart doctor just for this appointment. My time money heart doctor time and money wasted.i would never go there go any were .uofi vet med.maybe

I had been a patient of Creative Smiles for 4+ years. It appears their service level has plummeted. SInce May 2025 I had made 4 scheduled appointments to have a tooth pulled. Each appointment has been cancelled by Creative Smiles. Today 9/25/2025 I went into their office and on the 4th attempt to have my scheduled appoinment fulfilled, I was told that there are NO dentist on site to do any procedures. This is the 4th TIme I have been given this statement. One has to ask why? No dentists available for scheduled appointments in a dentist office? When I asked the receptionist the answer to why aren't there any dentists in the office to do a scheduled appoinmtnet the answer was "I DON"T KNOW". One receptionist was pleasant enough but the other receptionist did not like my asking questions and stated I am argumentative. NO, i was irritated. I take the time to be present for each scheduled appointment only to be told there is no dentist in the office.My time is as valuable as any other reasonable individual. Truly unprofessional. Then they asked me if I wanted to make another appointment. Unbelievable! Ater 4 cancellations that they made they now aked if I wanted to make another appointment. Laughable ! I do not know who owns this practice but after many years I will not use Creative Smiles.ever again. I will use Hessel Park Dentistry off of Neil St & Kirby Ave who treated me politely and professionally. Creative Smiles should be avoided. Not sure what their problem is with no Dentist on site who can actually complete a procedure but to avoid further aggrevation i do not recommend the practice. Just my humble opinion.
