Swish Dental - North Cedar Park

From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed. The entire team was so friendly and warm — it honestly felt more like visiting family than going to a dental appointment. The front desk staff greeted me by name, and the hygienist and dentist both took their time explaining everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed. What I appreciated most was how thorough they were. They answered all my questions, walked me through my X-rays, and made sure I understood my options. At no point did I feel pressured into unnecessary treatments or upsold on things I didn’t need. They truly respected that patients aren’t made of money and were transparent about costs and priorities. It’s rare to find a dental office that combines professionalism, kindness, and integrity so well. I left feeling cared for, informed, and confident in my treatment plan. I’m actually looking forward to my next visit — which is something I never thought I’d say about the dentist!

I would highly recommend going to Swish and work with Dr. Mike. I went in to get my wisdom teeth removed and Dr. Mike was awesome, he walked me through everything that was happening and making sure I was good at multiple times. Megan was fantastic, she could sense I was nervous and helped put me at ease. They’re a great team and the facility is always super clean. 10/10 experience for a not so fun procedure.

The full team at Swish Dental in North Cedar Park are amazing. I have been coming here for a year now. They are personable, adaptable and genuinely care about their patients. They still use the shared financial and admin resources of the head office which I found typical of the industry and painful but even with that in mind, I rate the full local team 5 stars. They accommodated my child for an emergency scan and repair after a sporting accident when I dropped in. They could have declined but they squeezed us in and showed me that they care - a practice that reminds me of the industry 20 years ago. Because of that, I would never consider changing my dentist again.

Swish North Cedar Park truly goes above and beyond in taking care of their clients. They place great importance on post-procedure support and client satisfaction, which really sets them apart. I’ve visited two other Swish branches before, and this one has been the best experience by far. Huge compliments to Dr. Mike for his professionalism and exceptional patient care, and to Queenie, Sheena, and the rest of the amazing dental team - you’re all outstanding! I’ll definitely continue being your loyal client for many years to come. 😊

This is one of the greatest dental offices I have ever been to! They worked with me at every step of the way, making sure I never felt pressured or confused. Dr. Mike, Bonnie, and Megan were superb! They each made me feel comfortable and informed me before any exam or test. Bonnie was very kind in helping me know what to expect and Dr. Mike was great in being very honest but also making sure I felt heard and taken care of. I also want to give a huge shout out to the dental hygienist (whose name I can’t remember) as she was incredible!! I have never felt more comfortable and safe than I did while she was doing her work! She was very detailed and made sure I was happy with the results! Megan later helped out with my whitening and she was very sweet in making sure I knew what all to expect as this was my first experience with that. I felt so happy coming here to swish dental and having all of them (and especially Sheena!) make sure to work with my concerns and tight schedule as I’m getting married next week! The good vibes and results are amazing, thank you guys for all your care and support and helping me keep my smile going well right before my big day 😊

Thank you for the appointment and the initial warm welcome. I genuinely appreciate the effort of your team. However, I did face some significant challenges during my visit that impacted my experience. I spent nearly two hours at the clinic, and it became clear that transparency about costs and procedures was not prioritized early on. It felt as though the longer the exam took, the more benefit it was for the clinic, even if it meant my time was wasted. This left me feeling undervalued and disappointed, especially since the initial welcoming tone didn’t match the reality of the experience. I share this feedback in the hope that future patients can enjoy a more transparent and respectful experience.

Start to finish this place is hands down the best dental experience I have ever had! The staff become friends and are very professional at the same time which isn't easy to do. I get anxious going to the dentist but they make me feel like it's all good which is encouraging.
