Customer Reviews
Sprouts Farmers Market has a rating of 4.5 out of 5 based on over 806 reviews on Google
Sprouts has been my go-to grocery store for a long time, mainly because I can genuinely trust the quality of their organic products. While many stores in the U.S. claim to sell "organic" items, it’s often hard to believe that everything is truly free from chemicals or artificial additives. But with Sprouts, I rarely feel that doubt. From lip care essentials to dairy products, dry fruits, and everyday groceries, Sprouts offers an impressive and reliable collection. Their selection consistently draws me back—at least once every two weeks! One thing I especially appreciate is their range of baby food products. They carry truly organic and safe options for babies, including brands and products that I can’t find anywhere else. Of course, not every visit is perfect—there have been a few times when I went in for a specific item and had to leave without it. But overall, Sprouts delivers more often than not with its quality, freshness, and variety. I genuinely hope they continue maintaining this standard because it really builds customer trust. In my opinion, Sprouts is definitely a store worth visiting for most of your kitchen and organic grocery needs. Thank you! Score: 4.5/5
I like the health foods store like sprouts! It’s so nice that this community has this store! Price of the products are high end because of the quality of the items they offer but it’s worth the money if you can get the food stuffs for our body! Keep up the good quality! Cheers
Preface: This review reflects only my most recent experience. Normally, everyone at this location is accommodating, kind, and genuinely amazing—which is why this interaction stood out so much. Background: I have severe OCD, and grocery shopping—specifically bagging—is extremely difficult for me. I make large purchases and need items bagged in a very specific way. To avoid placing stress on employees who are just doing their jobs, I always ask to bag my own groceries. I also ask that items be placed on the conveyor before scanning begins so I can organize everything efficiently. This system works well and keeps everyone moving. The Issue: I made this request, and the cashier flat-out refused, saying it was busy and insisting she knew what would work best for me. She assured me she would set items aside in a way I would "appreciate." Unfortunately, that did not happen at all. As a result, my bagging took longer than it ever would have if my request had simply been honored. Sprouts, accommodations are not for employees to decide when they’re convenient—they are for the customers who request them. If I’m spending $400+ in one visit, allowing me to organize and bag my own groceries so my OCD doesn’t keep me up all night seems more than reasonable. Additional Frustration: There was also an item (cheese) I decided not to purchase. Because I was rushed into bagging—again, due to the cashier proceeding without waiting—the cheese ended up at the end. When I said I wasn’t buying it, the cashier felt the need to reprimand me by saying, "You need to hand that to me." Respectfully, no—I don’t. I could have left it somewhere far less appropriate, and I didn’t. Final Straw: Apologizing to the customer behind me while I was still standing there was unnecessary and disrespectful. For what, exactly? Waiting while someone bags their groceries… at a grocery store? If allowing customers to bag their items properly is an inconvenience, then perhaps customer-facing work isn’t the right fit—or at the very least, wait until I leave before offering an apology that implies fault where there is none. I will be avoiding Janice at all costs (assuming that is correct—the name was on the receipt), and I suggest others do the same.
Sprouts Farmers Market at Cypress Creek is one of the best neighborhood grocery options in Cedar Park and earns a strong 4.5 stars from me. The store is easy to get in and out of, generally clean, and offers a solid selection of fresh produce and healthy pantry items. What really stands out is their unique selection: excellent Dubai chocolates, fun popcorn flavors, and even dairy‑free white chocolate, which can be hard to find in regular grocery stores. Staff are usually helpful, and while prices can run a bit high compared to larger chains, the specialty items and convenience make it worth the occasional splurge.
Well stocked with helpful employees who go above and beyond. Whenever I’m in one of my healthy phases, I come to this location to stock up on organic produce, which I’ve found to be better priced at times than at other grocery stores. They also have the most amazing salted caramel chocolate cookies—a must-try. I can finish a dozen in two days because they’re that good. There’s also a vegan version that I picked up by accident and found to be just as good. Whenever I’m at this store, I never feel unwelcome, and every time I’ve asked for help, the employees have gone out of their way to make sure I was taken care of.
The meat department staff is highly professional and offers outstanding customer service. I usually deal with a guy named Patrick. He always remembers my name and knows what cuts of steak I usually request. He always has a great attitude and it’s always great to stop by and say hello.
Our family shops here weekly. We enjoy the weekly and monthly sales deals. Everything is fresh, from produce, to meats, to their bulk foods. Delicious. I always have a fabulous experience with the staff during check out. They are very friendly and helpful.
