Everyone at this office is so friendly and caring they make you feel like you’re special. Dr. Torres is the best dentist I have had since I moved to Texas. She is very caring takes her time with you and tries to find the very best solution for the problem that you’re having. This is the first time In almost a year that I have been able to bite Into a hamburger or sandwich without feeling pain. If you’re looking for a great dentist that will take her time and try to resolve a problem you’re having with your teeth then I recommend that you give her a try.

Dr Torres and staff have been excellent. We never have had to wait long after our appointment time if ever. The staff is very nice and efficient. I had a better experience here than any pediatric dental clinic especially because my daughter is very sensitive, has a very sensitive taste and gag reflex.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Torres for almost a year now, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with her and her staff. From the moment you walk into her office, the service is exceptional and welcoming. The hygiene assistants are very attentive and always make sure you feel comfortable during your visit. Personally, I’ve never enjoyed going to the dentist due to past negative experiences that caused me anxiety, but I can confidently say that Dr. Torres is extremely considerate of her patients. She goes above and beyond to ensure you’re at ease throughout the process and takes the time to explain and educate you about your oral health needs. Highly recommended, 100%!

Dr Torres and her staff are wonderful!! They are always friendly, caring and efficient!! I was having severe tooth pain. I was taken into the exam as soon as I got there! X-rays were taken, reviewed by Dr. Torres and an explanation of the problem was given. I look forward to a complete recovery!! Every appointment at The Dental Salon, I receive wonderful care!! I strongly recommend Dr Torres and her staff!!

Although my dental visit was fine, billing is another story. I was overcharged on the day of service and then shortchanged. I was charged $200, insurance said I only owed this place my $50, so I was due a refund of $150.00. When I called them regarding this, they came up with all types of excuses as to why my refund would only be $20 out of the $150 I was owed. I've never paid more than $50 at any other dental practice in this area, yet Dental Salon felt it was okay to charge me 4x as much as what my insurance said I owed. These people are thieves just pocketing money that they've already gotten from insurance and doubling up by taking money from people's pockets. They lack integrity. It is utterly disgusting. Shame on them.
