Feb. 7, 2025, appointment with Dr. Bardakjian, DDS. The office is quite beautiful, the denal assistant quite efficient and did a great job. My concern, the Dr. did not look at my mouth or teeth. I was informed of the new location several hours before my appointment. Lost my medical ride as they need a 24 hr. notice on appointments. Since when is it ok to see an assistant vs. the doctor. I am absolutely insulted that I was not informed of this new policy. I want to hear from my doctor!!! Now it is Dentaloox a Corporation. Where is MY "MY" dentist in all of this. Not even a notice letter of the change and what that means to me and my insurance. Again, I am not just a number, I too am a Dr. If I sent in an assistant and did not inform my patients of the changes, I would lose them all and rightfully so. I will wait for a response from my doctor, not the corporation. Thank you. Dr. Theresa Karam

I’ve been a patient here for almost 15 years. I recently needed some work done that I thought would be impossible. Not only did they make it work, I felt so taken care of. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my dental needs. Dr. BardKjian truly cares about my needs and dental health. Highly Recommend!
