I found out about Dr. Singh while doing research for dentists in the Los Angeles area who are certified in prescribing Oral Appliances for patients with Sleep Apnea. I called around to get information about found the assistant who answered my phone call to be the most helpful out of all of the offices I spoke to. This gave me the reassurance that Dr. Singh’s office was the best option to go with since I was very skeptical about choosing a qualified dentist that would be willing to answer my questions and give me guidance on how to use the device properly. They were able to schedule me very quickly for an initial assessment visit and they were very upfront about the costs and how the process for my insurance reimbursement would work. As expected from the pleasant phone interaction, my experience with the staff and Dr. Singh has been really pleasant and helpful. I was walked through the entire process, it was pretty straightforward and they answered any questions and concerns I had all along the way. I’ve been using the oral appliance and I have noticed a difference already, which is very assuring since CPAP wasn’t a good option for me and I wanted to explore all options before electing for surgery. I have had a few follow ups so far and the staff and doctors have been as please and helpful as they were on my first visit. To top it off, Dr. Singh has an amazing dog named Ziggy who acts as therapy dog for patients who may have anxiety and, as fans of dogs, I was pleasantly surprised to see him there on my first visit. He’s adorable. If you don’t like dogs, don’t worry, he stays in her office if a patient doesn’t want to see him. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs and especially if you are looking for Oral Appliance for Sleep Apnea.

I went to Dr. Singh for her expertise in Dental Sleep Medicine. She quickly determined the best oral sleep appliance to help my sleep apnea. After 6 months of using the device, I am sleeping more soundly and in general feel tons better during the day. Dr. Singh has gone above and beyond in dealing with my health insurance company to pay the reimbursement for my oral sleep appliance. I have been so impressed with her services that she is now handling all my dental needs. I highly recommend this dental practice!

This is a new dentist for me, they’re so kind and supportive. They always let you know exactly what procedure they are performing. The most exciting thing (for animal lovers) there is a really sweet dog to welcome you. How about that!

Great people that take pride in providing the best possible care. Attentintive to the required care. And they love pound puppies, rescue doggies from the pound.

Updated Review (08/15/2025) : In April, I contacted the office again to request my X-rays, as I had decided to find a new provider. However, after explaining the situation and why I was seeking another dentist, Dr. Harveen asked for a second chance to make things right. I appreciated her sincerity and decided to give her another opportunity. I'm incredibly glad I did. Dr. Harveen addressed the issues with my insurance with grace, professionalism, and urgency. On top of that, I was on a tight timeline, as I was set to start medical school in less than two months. She managed all the logistics and treatment with efficiency and care, ensuring everything was completed in time--without ever compromising kindness or professionalism. While my experience with the administrative side of the office was rocky at first, Dr. Harveen's dedication, skill, and compassion turned everything around. I highly recommend her as a dentist--you will be treated with the utmost care and respect. Old Review:I had high hopes for this dental office, especially after meeting Dr. Harveen, who was incredibly kind and sincere during my initial visit. My intake appointment on January 14, 2025, went smoothly—scans were taken, and we discussed a treatment plan. I was informed that the pre-authorization process would take approximately 6-8 weeks and was told to notify them if I received anything from my insurance in the meantime. However, my experience with the front desk staff has been nothing short of frustrating and incompetent. On February 13, I received paperwork from an entirely different insurance company, which I promptly brought to their attention. They responded via email that the issue was resolved. Fast forward to March 5, I contacted my actual insurance company to check on the pre-authorization status—only to find out that no request had ever been submitted. I immediately left a voicemail for the dental office to clarify the situation. 48 hours passed with no response, prompting me to call again on March 7. I spoke with Kira, who informed me that for five weeks, they had been struggling to obtain the correct mailing address for my insurance. Her excuse? "The wait times to reach someone at your insurance are too long." This was beyond frustrating—not only had I been misled via email into believing the issue was resolved, but I also wasted six weeks waiting for a process that had never even begun. The lack of communication, accountability, and urgency from the staff is unacceptable. While I appreciate Dr. Harveen’s professionalism and kindness, I cannot recommend this office unless you’re comfortable having your time wasted. I’ve since moved on to another provider, and I regret not doing so sooner.

Dr. Singh is an outstanding dentist. Her talent and knowledge are only matched by her great care and warmth for her patients. Her staff, both front office and hygienists are top notch. They are extremely professional and personable, and with Dr. Singh, help to create an exceptionally awesome experience! As always Dr. Singh and staff are awesome! My autistic son always feels so at ease in Dr. Singh's care and today was no exception! Dr. Singh's staff was so patient with him. He needed x-rays but he wasn't having any of it. But they were able to calm him down get him to comply ! Awesome 👌
