In short: THE WORST. I mean I’ve been going to dentists for half a century now and I have never been to one I would complain about. They are like going to a used car dealership. The only thing they do patiently is try to sell you $3,000 dollars in work you don’t need and no other dentist advises. If you resist, they’ll basically leave you feeling your teeth will fall out imminently. I did pay double for some kind of supposed fancy cleaning that was less thorough than the cleaning from my last dentist. I now happily travel further to see a real dentist. To add icing, they charged $80 to email our x-rays! Something most dentists do as a courtesy. This is an ATM not a dental office.

100% recommend Dr. S and his dental office. I came in for a new patient / emergency appt and the office was so nice inside. I grabbed a coffee in the lobby and front desk staff was so nice while I filled out my forms. Ivan and Hector were helping the dentist and were so friendly and reassuring. I was so worried since I had this unknown pain for a couple days. Come to find out by Dr. S that I needed a root canal and crown. Best dentist in Burbank! Not only did he see me on short notice as an emergency patient, but he was so caring and patient with me. I highly recommend his office and they take PPO insurances.

These guys are absolute scammers. They charged me $40 for some pictures. I asked them to send them to me and they initially said they couldn't release. Then they called me back saying they could but I would have to pay another $40 for them to "release" them to me. Avoid at all costs. Horrible place.

I was in pain after their deep cleaning for 2 months. Not exaggerating. They try to upsell you on services and products you don’t need!

STAY AWAY! First, Karina from the Burbank Glendale dental practice said she would call me right away because she was alone in the office . Then it became an hour. After that, she claimed it would be in three days. She never called. Today, October 4, 2024, they didn’t even pick up the phone. I can only imagine what would happen if you had a dental emergency given their level of desk care. In the meantime, I read dozens of the most terrible reviews about this office. It’s clear that this place is unreliable—stay away from irresponsible people like

I hate leaving bad reviews, but if my review saves someone from going to this dentist, it's worth it. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a dental office. I went in for a checkup and cleaning. The wait wasn't terribly long, but once I got into the dentists chair, the hygienists took about a total of 4 minutes to clean my teeth. A teeth cleaning should never be that short. It was clear that they were rushing. My hygienist told me that I would need an emergency root canal because I had a cavity that couldn't be saved, as it was too close to the root. I don't know why, but my gut feeling was telling me otherwise and it would have been a wise choice to get a different opinion before going that same day. Before getting out of the dentist's chair, the hygienist told me that the front desk staff knows a great root canal specialist who could give me a root canal that same day. I proceed to walk to the front of the office. Before I get to the front, one of the FD staff members rushes towards me with an off-putting urgency and says, "Here is the information for the root cancel specialist, you should go today." She continued to give me all the details, almost as if this was planned. Me being the hypochondriac I am, I went to root canal specialist that same day and got a root canal that I don't even know that I needed. I should have definitely gotten a second opinion before putting my trust into a dentist that I've only been to once. Don't go to this dentist. It's as simple as that.

I write reviews for exceptional services or the very worst! This is in the worst category for dental experiences! I too should have looked at reviews. I even gave them a second chance. So many surprises when it comes to fees! I wonder if they even use your insurance? Spare yourself and look around for a more affordable, reliable option.
