Wonderful experience every time we come in. The dentist and staff are amazing with my kids—very patient, friendly, and professional. The office is clean and welcoming, and my children always feel comfortable. Highly recommend for families!

Dr. Pirtle is GREAT. Painless!!! I am deathly afraid of dentists and hate pain. He is the best dentist ever. This is the second big dental procedure I've had here and will only come here. Maria and Mandy were my assistants today and were wonderful. But all the office staff, from the front desk and throughout the office, have been excellent. If you want a great experience, come here. You had the rest, now come see the best!

Couple wks ago My 9 yr., old granddaughter shared she was excited to go to the dentist. "Why are you excited?" "Because they are nice there," she said. This is only her second visit to Lower Valley Dental Assoc., to consult Dr. Rodriguez. Dr.Rodriguez is the epitome of professional bedside manners. She listened, she explained things clearly and she did so as she addressed the adult in the room as well as my granddaughter and gave her some pointers on how to execute proper teeth brushing based on what she saw her need was. Thanks Dr. Rodriguez for not being in a rush and explaining everything. Thank you for not making us feel rushed. We had to wait for you a bit but when you sat down to address my grandaughter's situation and your plan moving forward it became clear to us that the previous patient got the same attention & time to address a plan of action. For that reason, we didn't mind waiting, at all. Thanks for addressing my grandaughter directly, at her level, establishing trust. That's BIG. Thank you also for not running out the room as you gave us final instructions handing paperwork to your assistant to "close out the office call" as most doctors do nowadays. Lower Valley Dental does not run their dental practice as 'dental assembly lines' and although I didn't meet but a few of their staff, those i met seem to have the same attitude. Many good things I can say about this practice, this was an emergency situation and arrangements were made for her to be seen the following day. Thanks again Dr. Rodriguez, patient care unfortunately has become diluted, at least in our experience but yours speaks volumes of you.

Dr Pirtle is awesome! Few years ago another Dentist messed up one of my molars with a bad root canal and crown and I went to Dr Pirtle who had to redo both root canal and crown and did an outstanding job! Then the same year I went for another crown and again he did an incredible job, then I went on a two week vacation and when I we coming back last week my oldest crown fell out completely but I saved it thinking and hoping that they would just re-cement it back and I wasn't wrong, Dr Pirtle never fails and he saw me as soon as I got in and once again did a fenomenal job in less then an hour!! Also Vivi the Office Manager and the whole staff is super friendly and professional, Thank you Dr Pirtle and team!!❤️

Love this place! Dr. Rodriguez is extremely patient and very good at what she does! My kids feel very comfortable with her! Great Dr. I am also very great full for Dr. Pirtle, and his great staff. I am always very impressed with his recommendations based on patient needs. The courtesy, concern, and knowledge is always top notch. Last but not least, they are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. We highly recommend Lower Valley Dental Associates!

First time visiting/taking my baby (1 yrs old) and I absolutely loved it! Front desk and staff are very friendly. Dr Rodriguez was very kind and helpful with my baby. My daughter didn’t give them a hard time and I really think it’s because she felt comfortable due to how nice they were. Also, wait time was not even long whatsoever! I probably waited 10 minutes to be called in.
