Worst receptionist ever. Both of them the one looking up insurance and the one charging you have a dog attitude and are rude. If you have an appointment ready to wait an additional hour on top of that to be taken to a room and the wait an additional 30-45 min for the hygienist to come and see you and an additional 20-30 for the dentist. No respect for someone’s time. Get better staff that are actually there to work no be on TikTok or joking in the hallway. What’s the point of an appointment. Her excuse was that everyone showed up to their appointment. Then maybe don’t over book?? What a joke. I’m pretty sure it was the office manager Rose was one of them that was in the front talking to me with an attitude. Long black hair and old.

My son broke two teeth while we were on vacation, and the front desk was able to get us in very quickly. Dr. Rios was kind, professional, and extremely helpful. He not only fixed the problem right away to keep my son comfortable and pain-free, but also created a long-term plan that won’t interfere with his orthodontic treatment at home. The whole team made a stressful situation so much easier, and I’m very grateful for their care. Highly recommend!

I waited for more than one hour. Just for them to tell me that they are not accepting my insurance anymore. They had plenty of time to check all that. I requested off from work today just to come to my appointment and I waited so long just for them to tell me that. Also the lady on the front smelled a lot a cigar. No professional at all.

40 mins after my appointment was supposed to be and I had to be the one to walk up to the front desk. and when I went up, they were barely looking at my insurance information. I tried to call to file a complaint on this and the manager Rose did not seem to care at all and even caught an attitude. go elsewhere All I wanted was a simple cleaning.

So I'm changing my review of this since at the time I wasn't able to go due to a fault in the time that was shown on Google. After I was finally able to go I have to say the place was pretty great. The front office girls really helped me out and got me situated and within the next hour or two I was able to see a dentist and get everything checked out, and it was my first time visiting the place too, the staff there all seem like nice people and it felt like they legitimately wanted to help. Only reason why I'm not rating it a 5* is just the price. Even with their $200 yearly plan with the 15% off price to get fillings on the 4 teeth on my side would equate to over $600. It's my own fault for not having insurance and I'm not sure about other dentist's pricing, but still I'm docking a star. Regardless it's a great place and I have no problem recommending this place to a family member, a friend or even the person reading this review now. Also place has a great view.

Went there yesterday and left very disappointed and sad. No one bothered to give me a greeting or say hello, I was only asked for my last name and told to sit down. After about 20 minutes an employee sat next to me with a tablet and didn't say anything or even looked or smiled at me. Then got up and left. So I did the same. Today I called the office to speak with the office manager and was told she was to busy to take my call ( big surprise ). So I write this and hope someone with authority reads this and the customer service improves, and maybe others won't be treated the same way. g c

I have been trying to get a refund for six months for a prepaid service that we never got. They keep giving me the runaround and saying this is the first they’ve heard of our case.
