Do not go to this dentist! Worst dental experience ever! This man shoved my head around, yelled at me when I was in pain, was slamming things and throwing tools around! He’s absolutely nuts and he’s assistant isn’t better! Very inhuman treatment! Disgusting l! Wish I can sue! So traumatic!

Initially refused to let me be seen b/c even though they took my insurance I didn't 'declare' them my primary dentist the month prior (I did it in the same month as my appointment) and apparently that makes them wait 1 extra month to get paid. They eventually agreed to see me but after waiting 2 hours and being told it would be another 30 min I walked out.

Horrible experience with Dr. Dung Q. Nguyen. He made me feel so small and embarrassed because of my condition that I had prior notice of having. His assistant Janet was no better. She spoke to me like I was dumb. We go to these professions to receive good care and that's what I did not receive. Never go here.
