Dr. Nicco (hope thats his name lol), was wonderful with son who is on the spectrum. My son had a great experience and its appreciated!! The receptionists can come off as if they have slight attitudes but nothing alarming. Overall great dentist office. Can get very crowded by the way.

I had a wonderful experience at Brilliant Smiles. The wait time was just a few moments, and the staff were extremely friendly and courteous. They took the utmost care of me, showed genuine concern for my well-being, and made sure all of my questions were answered. I truly appreciated their professionalism and kindness — it made the whole visit very comfortable. Highly recommend!

I do not recommend this dental office at all. This was the worst experience I’ve had. The manager tried to tell me I needed to pay an additional amount even though my insurance and copay clearly covered it. For a filling, my copay showed $15, yet he tried to charge me $75 instead. There was also another situation where he attempted to charge me more. He was completely unreasonable and not understanding. They are unfair here, and I will definitely be looking for a new dentist. Do not recommend.

Today september 03,2025 l was treated on this dental clinic for tooth filling and tooth cleaning by Doctor Michelle . She is an excellent Doctor who is very knowledgeable and courteous . She treats her patients with care respect and love . I was very satisfied for the service l have received from her .

0/5 is what i would have given them but since i can’t, they charge 25$ for cancelling appointments late (day of appointment ) i cancelled 5 days before and they still tried to charge me and my mom 25$ when the appointment was cancelled way earlier, then on top of that they hung up on me while i was talking, i already had a problem with them from my first appointment, there were particles in the water i was given to rinse my mouth, i will not be patronizing them any longer

I took my 3 year old son to his dentist appointment set at 3pm and didn't get seen until 4pm! I signed my son's name at 2:45 pm and waited and waited and WAITED! I noticed all the patients that were there before me were called and went in and I said surely we would be called next. NOPE! Two people who arrived after me were called before my son's name was called. I went to the front desk to ask them "how long will the wait be?" Only to be told there are other patients in front of my son. I mentioned people came in after me and are now being called before my son and they said they were there to see other dentists. I also mentioned that I signed my son's name at 2:45 and was waiting for close to an hour to be called and the man at reception said "that's on you for coming early" Really? This is an office that will charge you $25 for missing or breaking your appointment, and arriving 15 minutes early, which is standard across any doctors office, is simply too early? And if you are waiting past your appointment time, that's "on you" for being considerate and prompt?? How backwards. I get called and my son didn't even see his original dentist that he's been seeing for nearly 2 years, which meant I was waiting for any random dentist they had available, which means I could have seen any of the other dentists the 2 people who came after me saw. This establishment will not see me again. The front desk will need to be trained in delivering better customer service. They need to stagger the appointment times given to the patients and account for the time spent per patient so that patients aren't waiting a whole hour to be seen. If I am called at 4 pm to be seen then my appointment time shouldn't have been set for 3pm, that is beyond outrageous. The sign in sheet means nothing here. You will notice people arriving after you being called before you. Your wait time will exceed more than 45 minutes. Plan accordingly or find a new dentist. The man also told me that waiting in the doctor's office is expected (Paraphrased). Of course I don't expect to be seen as soon as I arrive, but I shouldn't have to wait an hour to be seen. ZERO STARS.

It was a very good experience, my children and I are satisfied with tge service/treatment given.
