Gentle Dental Brentwood

Dr. Claire was so good and was efficient. It didn't bother her what ever inconvenience I must have caused her. No wonder they many patients. Cheers to gentle dental clinic for having such wonderful dentist.

The dental assistance was everything she made me feel extremely comfortable. She was knowledgeable as well as personable. The dentist came in and she was super gentle and very Efficient told me exactly what I needed and what I didn’t need. I Believe that they live up to their name !!!!!!

My first experience was absolutely amazing! The staff were super friendly from the time I walked in, until I walked out the door. Service was fast. I WAS IN PAIN!!! and had been given the run around 3 times by other dentist’s, so my expectations were very skeptical to say the least. Dr. V made my experience comfortable and personal by asking lots of questions and LISTENING to my responses, to help me resolve my situation. From the FRONT office to the BACK office care, if you’re looking for a dental group that will care for your needs, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you give Gentle Dental in Brentwood a try. Thank you all again!! I finally found a home.

This healing powerhouse of women had me at Hello. From the moment I walked in, for the first time in a dental office it felt like they wanted to be there and they genuinely wanted to help me. I’m pretty convinced my dentist in the 70s was not a happy man!! And if everybody had this experience they wouldn’t fear Dentistry. Finally a dentist and company that’s doing it right!

BLUF: Significant waste of time and travel 🫤. Poor customer service, left after waiting for an hour in plain view of the staff, without receiving treatment. While I will not return, I hope the office uses this feedback to improve their processes for future patients. /// BREAK /// I had a scheduled dental appointment at 1000hrs. I arrived at 1006hrs. There are two people ahead of me. Upon arrival, I greeted the receptionist, Star, and stated I have an appointment. I provided my name. She looked, and without asking for additional information, she asked, are you sure you have an appointment? 🚩 Taken aback, I stated Yes ma'am. She skeptically stated I do not see it here, or something to that effect. Nothing proactive on her side. At this point, I brought up the email confirmation on my phone. I see a confirmation number generated by their own automated system. I showed it to her. She then said, ok it's right here. The subsequent interaction with the receptionist was contentious, because I asked but did not receive a clear explanation for the error. 🚩🚩 Nor did I get any apology. This caused a significant delay and unnecessary stress. The two patients were taken care of, and I sit alone in plain view of the stafff. Thereafter, two patients arrived around 1040hrs or so. I feel they were seen within 5 minutes of arrival, which further reinforced my feeling of being dismissed and that my time was not valued. 🚩🚩🚩 At 1106hrs or so, I went up to the staff to let them know I've been waiting an hour, and the receptionist pointedly ignored me, instead of acknowledging. Thankfully a second staff member came in, and engaged. I chose to cancel then and there. I did not get an apology, nor an effort to make things right. Here's the thing: I had to take leave from work for this, drove 44 miles, which took 50 minutes, to attend this appointment. This is a significant opportunity cost. The office's lack of respect for my time and the significant inconvenience caused are so disappointing. While I understand that occasional errors can occur, I believe that additional training in patient communication and de-escalation techniques would be of great benefit. Due to the poor customer service and the significant inconvenience, I chose to leave and will not be returning. I write this feedback in the hopes it can help this dental office improve its procedures and patient care for future patients. I believe that with some adjustments, this office has the potential to provide a better experience for Brentwood. Thank you.

I’ve been treated very well every visit. These ladies are friendly and very sweet. My only suggestion is when using the drill while its running, please turn it off if you're asking me anything while cleaning my teeth, I realize I should speak up if I can't hear you clearly so this is on me. Other than that, I’m sorry your computers were down today, that is more than frustrating hampering your work flow.

This is the BEST dental facility I’ve ever experienced. The whole staff was so professional and friendly. I felt very comfortable with all that the did for me. Dr. V was in two words…The Best. Thank you Gental Dental.
