After years of going to Brite now dental and it just not working out because they approached everything like a business and not dental care I decided to come here. I haven't seen a dentist in 3 years so I was nervous about today. I checked in, was taken to a room where x rays were also done and the dentist was very nice and not condescending. I have denti cal and was informed about everything which was covered. There was no upselling or having to pay out of pocket for all kinds of things. Needless to say I'm impressed by the professionalism. Will schedule my husband and 12 year old son soon and will also recommend plenty of people from my church who just want a normal dentist with polite and caring staff.

I had a great experience with Dr Bae today and wanted to share. I have been going to dentists for over 50 years and I have had my share of good and bad. Without hesitation, Dr. Bae falls under the "great" category! Due to changes in my family's insurance and wanting to have a dentist closer to home, I spent days looking at many dentists online and reading reviews. I made a short list of three dentists that checked all my boxes. Today was my first visit with Dr Bae, the third dentist on my list. I am very impressed with Dr Bae's professionalism, knowledge, and especially his genuine care. In addition, his staff were all very professional and nice. Dr Bae explained all facets of my examination and never once did I feel pressured to buy a product or a "required" dental procedure. In fact, I just recently visited another dentist and received a goody bag and was offered a $5 gift card if I posted a positive review. Another dentist told me that I was grinding my teeth and needed a $400 night guard! ***No such shananigans with Dr Bae... I was never given treats, nor asked to give references, nor asked to post any positive comments on social media! This writing was done without ANY coersion or compensation. I asked Dr Bae about my concerns regarding suggestions by other dentists to which Dr Bae explained that those items were not necessary... turns out I do not need a night guard! Now for the cons...and I find myself nitpicking... sorry, Dr Bae. Turns out Dr Bae can only schedule new patients on a limited basis, meaning you may have to wait a couple of months to see him for your first visit...I understand this because he does go into a lot of detail in performing numerous exams and asks many questions to get to know you as a person. ---But... you may avoid this by scheduling an appointment and ask to be placed on a cancellation list. That's how I was able to see Dr Bae soon. In closing, I just want to thank Dr Bae and his staff for a great experience! Continued success Dr Bae. Everyone here is so warm and friendly. They are very responsive on the phone and via email and really follow through. I recently moved to Chicago and was only going to be back in OC for 24 hours and they let me know a few days in advance that there was an opening. Angelica is my favorite hygienist. She is highly skilled, kind, and remembers everything about you. Dr Bae is simply the best. His care and attention to detail to his patients and the entire practice can clearly evident.
